The laser tag was awesome. Pizza was good. My kids had so much fun they can’t wait to come back.

Had a party here for my son and I am so disappointed. I had ordered a birthday package and there were certain things on the package that they did not do. The staff is so unprofessional. Also they never gave me my deposit back for reserving the room and I’ve been trying to reach them for almost a week. When u would call and ask for Pam they would click on me and I would have to call back. When I finally got a hold of Pam she was extremely rude on the phone with me. Will not return here again and don’t recommend having a party here.

I came to check out the fun center and didn’t partake in any food. When you first walk in, there are rows and rows of tables, similar to a high school cafeteria. That probably makes it good for big groups and parties. The fun center is clean and bigger than I imagined it to be. You have to use a card that you load with money at the prize counter to swipe at any of the games. There is no fee to get a card. They had 3 different air hockey tables! There was a Pac-Man one that’s big enough for 4 players(with 4 paddles) and during the bonus round, 20 small pucks are dumped onto the table. It’s pretty fun. I think the Pac-Man air hockey was $ 1.25/game. There were 4 skeeball stations in the back, 2 of which broken(didn’t have any balls) and 1 that had balls but wasn’t scoring properly and 1 that was mostly working. If they were working, it would be awesome because they were only $ 0.25 a game. They also had mini-bowling lanes, which I did not try. There are some games that give tickets, which are stored electronically on the card. The prizes you can get are typical of an arcade — candy, glow sticks, stuffed animals, etc. As an example, a tootsie roll = 2 tickets and small stuffed animal = 300 tickets.

Place is fun for kids 3 and up. Bowling is a really good value at $ 3 fir 10 frames… Stick to the pizza as there sandwiches are average at best. Plenty of parking but be warned it does get pretty packed on weekends. Great place to have a birthday party plenty of private rooms. Next time well try the laser tag.

I wouldn’t order online, might as well call to order your Pizza… they have no way of validating missing orders until the next morning, but they can charge you!

This is a great place for fun with the family and birthday parties. But I recommend you DONOTGOWHENITISHOTOUTSIDE. They REALLY need to improve the air conditioning in the main table/eating area. It is so humid and hot in there that those with health issues such as asthma and/or heart cannot tolerate it. They would make more money also with it cooler as everyone wouldnt be in such a hurry to leave. Also, having it cooler in the laser tag area would encourage more to use it in the heat and make them more money.

Luigi’s pizza is great. The whole place is party/fun night ready. I’m reviewing because I want to mention that the owner — Bill Poss — is not only doing business in the community, he is invested in the community. I believe in making choices consciously based on the way a venue or business handles their business. You can do no better than to patronize Luigi’s!!! This is an owner with pure intention and a generous heart. Kudo’s to Mr. Poss for acting in support of people who may never be able to afford be his customers. It simply does NOT get better than that!

Came here for a work get together, we had pizza and played two awesome hours of laser tag! the pizza was okay, im a bit of a pizza snob. but the laser tag was great! it was awesome that there werent that many other people playing, so it was nice that it was just our group of coworkers. There are two/three levels of laser tag and its great! The guys working there were great, really nice and friendly only thing is, they could pump the a/c a bit higher, i was dying in there!

I would stick to pizza from the menu. Good place for kids but not an adult atmosphere. I went here as a kid before they moved from galena to prairie and the old location had a much better adult atmosphere.

What a total sh! t show. Ordered food for a party. Came to pick it up and the incompetent worker told us it was ready, wait no it isn’t, oh wait yes it is… actually we forgot to place your order and it’s not ready and will take an hour. Would have been less irritating if I hadn’t ordered and prepaid for it a week ago. So as half of my order sits and gets cold we wait for tweedle dumb and dumber to put some sandwiches together. Don’t waste your time it money. You will lost brain cells just walking in the door and talking to these fools.

There is a good reason that«pizza» is in the name of the restaurant. .. ’cause the spaghetti and sandwiches leave something to be desired. We ordered a grilled chicken(tasteless — — no seasonings whatsoever on the chicken and a baked ham and cheese. .. 4 slices of ham w/cheese melted on the top. Yes, their pizza is good., maybe offer just that

We were extremely disappointed in Luigi’s. We arrived at 11 a.m. on a Friday with 4 kids age ranges 3 to 6 years old. I was amazed that we were the only ones there, but soon discovered that NOGAMES are open before 4PM any weekday! My mistake on not seeing that on the website, however it is printed VERy small on the bottom of their webpage. We figured we would stay for the pizza at least… ordered from worker at counter. She NEVER offered us plates, napkins, cutlery. We had an order of chicken tenders that arrived and were terrible. I had to also ask for the 6 drinks we ordered. I even gave this worker a tip as we ordered! I don’t see what the problem was to help us out a little bit! The pizza was o.k. We were so bummed for the kids we left after picking at our pizza. We headed to McD’s for some playtime and icecream. Luigi’s might get more business if they opened their game room earlier. We were ready to spend some money.

5 stars is for great place to take your kids for entertainment and food. If you are just looking for food, I would recommend going somewhere else that specializes in what you’re looking for. Plenty of great pizza places in the area. However, for family fun, this is «as good as it gets!» I would say Luigi’s is good for the younger age group(12 and under) as far as the arcade goes. Came here with extended family, put $ 15 on a game card for my son and niece, and ended the day with $ 6 left on it. Most of the games they were interested in were only $.25. The bowling was $ 3 but you get an entire 10 frame game out of it. The food is well priced as 12 of us ate for around $ 50.

I went to Luigi’s and it was an interesting experience. However, it was an overall great experience and my son and I will be going there again. We went on a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy. I had asked and they said that it was one of their busier days. It was just my son and I, so we had no problem finding a place to sit. We played in the arcade and it was a lot of fun. It was a nice size arcade and we were able to play different games without having to wait. We did not cash in our tickets, because there were a lot of kids getting prizes at the desk. Laser Tag was a lot of fun and it was nice how they broke out the 30 minutes into 3 – 4 different sessions. They also broke it out into teams, which I like better than individual format. It was not my favorite course, but it was definitely a GOOD course and we will play there again. They have a good deal if you purchase one hours worth of Laser Tag. Also, there website shows that Mondays have all you can play for $ 10.00. That is a GREAT deal. There thin crust pizza was good, and my son and I finished our pizza with no problem. There was a problem during our visit, but that was not because of Luigi’s place. The power had gone out, but they had generators come on to power the place. Luigi’s staff brought out additional lighting, and everybody was really accommodating. When we left, we saw 3 – 5 ComEd trucks by a downed power line, which was the cause of their power problem. However, they did not let this stop them from working. Overall, I would normally rate this as 4 stars, but I was really happy with the service that I received and the price that we paid. As a result, I feel like they have earned an extra star.

This is the best local place to go for the best thin crust pizza. Always good food, good service and always some kind of deal for the price. The game room is reasonably priced and has plenty of different games for all ages.

Luigi’s is a staple in Aurora — and I hope it continues to be for a long time! The pizza is tasty, I love the appetizers(fried zucchini, thank you very much!) and the atmosphere is family friendly. It’s the perfect place to take the kids and enjoy some fun in the game room before and/or after dinner. I’ve enjoyed the pizza at Luigi’s for a long time — used to get it from the old location on Galena — the sauce is fabulous! I love the thin crust and their specialty taco pizza is my favorite. They offer many specialty pizzas — the owner(Bill Poss) is very creative(and nice)! It’s not often that you find a great pizza place along with a fun center right in the middle of your neighborhood. I know that a lot of people travel to go to Luigi’s, but I’m lucky enough to be able to bike there — in fact, a pineapple and tomato(or jalapeño) pizza sounds pretty good right now! Pluses: great pizza, great game room(cool games, neat prizes), private party rooms Minuses: iceberg lettuce salads, can get pretty busy on weekends Note: I’ve had my daughter’s birthday party at Luigi’s twice and she’s only 4-years-old — she loves it and so do the guests!
