We went in and ordered last night and first they had trouble with the new registers. We sat down in the dinning room to wait for our food. When it was ready tthe cashier started to bag it up to go. We were planning on staying there to eat. I said we wanted to eat there and were told they already washed the tables for the night. And asked to move across the room. We thought that Silvia was very rude and lazy so we took our thing and left. As we were walking out they came and locked the door behind us. The door says they are open until 8 and it was only 730. Very rude and unwelcoming. My parents decided they will never return to that KFC.

Service was very slow. Chicken was overdone not sure how you over cook chicken at KFC. The tables were dirty the floor was dirty not a very pleasant dying experience. I watched one of the servers after delivering a meal to the drive-through walk in and spilled a drink right in the doorway and did not bother cleaning it up.

Yet again another encounter with incompetent, rude people working in fast food. Maria(MIA) who claimed she is the manager was down rude. While in the drive thru I gave my order… then about 60 seconds went by and she says«Are you done?». When I get to the window she stated she was talking to another employee and not to me. You always have to ask for anything such as silverware /napkins /plates… which is fine but when I asked… she barked«you didn’t ask for any». KFC has the best tasting chicken… no doubt., but honestly with so many other choices and other locations, this one should get rid of her. I will be calling«Amber» who she said was her boss… but in reality, the only thing you can do as a consumer is not to go back. These places rarely fix any problems and customer service is NOT their priority. Mia, sorry you go home smelling like chicken everyday, but if this is what you do, you should at least do your best… and if this is your best, work in a job where you will have no contact with the outside world. I will also register a complaint with KFC corporate, but they are worse.
