I came here to get a little cut on my bangs and I told her and even showed her the exact way I wanted my hair cut. I’ve seen and heard about some great haircuts that she has done but my experience was very bad. She has no care for her customers hair and does not take the time to make sure that it is what they want. Do not recommend.

After living in the Denver/​Aurora area for three years and having a lot of bad hair cutting experiences I finally found a great place to get my fine straight hair cut well without fuss and at a decent price. I’ve been three times so far and always bring a photo as the hairstylist speaks limited English though she clearly understands. She does have an English speaking receptionist now so it’s easy getting an appointment. You can tell that’s she’s very experienced by the way that she handles your hair and I’ve always been satisfied with the result. It’s also nice to be able to zone out and just enjoy the cutting experience without having non-​stop chat.

It’s getting worse everytime I get my hair cut here. The first few times she used to be good to where she can kinda cut my hair to the style that I would want. She doesn’t speak English (she’s korean and I’m another Asian race) much and I’m fine with that. I usually show her a photo of what style I’d like to have and always come up short into how I like it. But now it’s just bad. I tell her not to cut my bangs and she totally ignored it did it anyways. I also requested her to trim the back. But then she cut off about 2 to 3 inches off. Her customer service isn’t real good either unless your korean too. I really didn’t like how my hair cut ended up. Never going back. She definitely lost me as her customer.
