My wife and I had such a great experience at Jubilee. We came in while the owners were cupping several new roasts and they let me be a part of their process which I thought was really cool. The two guys working there were both so nice and accommodating to every coffee question I had. Go to Jubilee, get yourself a drink and buy some beans to take home!

Good service, good coffee. Really mellow vibe on a Thursday afternoon. Quiet chill music and amazing mochas. I chilled back and sat in a big leather couch and had my mocha and just was really comfortable. Nice place to take somebody to impress. Right behind discount tire which also had great service. Update that I need to mention. I lost my keys here in the big cushy couch and these guys found them and got them back to me. That’s concern for the customer, love this place.

This place is outstanding. Austin is a cool guy who gave me the history of the place as he carefully measured out the perfect espresso to milk ratio for my horchata latte. Wow!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this wonderful gem. I had the hand crafted cinnamon latte and enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere. What a great place to escape to on a rainy Friday afternoon. A true oasis on this stretch of Colfax. Great job.

Can’t say enough about this place! I’ve just recently relocated to this neighborhood from Denver. I can honestly say Jubilee can be put side to side with a lot of good coffee in Denver. I’ve Met both the owners Peter and Austin. Very knowledgeable and good people in general. If your lookin for good beans, good vibes, and better people hit up Jubilee. Thanks for opening this spot up right down the street! Love it.

Let me just review them right now, my favorite roaster around the Denver area. You know, I probably don’t give them enough praise when I am there but they do need to know how much I sing their praises. This place makes a truly quality cup of coffee. Make no mistake, I’ve found a few roasters in Denver I enjoy, but I do make a special trip out here for them. The first time I had an Ethiopian which comes highly recommended. This time around I had a Brazil and Kenya. I definitely enjoyed the Brazil, and I felt the Kenya was still well done(if not my type). I am super excited to come back and try their El Salvador and likely buy(and share) plenty of that Ethiopian. There’s some real quality here and they’d be a regular destination no matter where I lived

«Jubliation! She loves me again!» Jubilation: definitely a feeling I get when I discover a new coffee shop that’s not too far from home. I get bored frequenting the same spots over & over(particularly the school library). So, I’m really excited this place opened up near the Anschutz campus & only wished it opened earlier during my schooling years. The space is especially nice in the spring/warmer months because of the opened garage space in the adjoining art studio. The interior is spacious and offers various seating options including a communal table, couch, high table & small 2-person sized tables. There’s tasteful art on the walls, a couple of wall drawings & lots of cute small potted plants. It isn’t overly decorated with art in that kitschy way some coffee shops are. They have a chalkboard where there are books on the shelf that frames the chalkboard. I had the latte for $ 3.50. It was nicely made & had a great flavor(not over roasted, not bitter, not too sweet). I had the oolong tea for $ 3(you get about 3 steeps out of the loose leaves). The tea was a lot lighter in color than I expected & had a very burnt rice flavor to it(very similar to the Japanese rice complimentary teas @ Japanese restaurants). The tea comes in a tiny tea vessel so 3 vessels would = about 1 large cup of tea. The only foods they offer are donuts for $ 2, bananas & churros for $ 1. The menu lists that they have seasonal drinks but I’m unaware of what the current seasonal drinks are. The workers were sweet/friendly & apparently their vision(as stated in the bathroom chalk scroll) is to open channels of communication to allow for the summation of minds & art to something, etc, along those lines peace, love, community, something. Great reading material for when you’re on the crapper. #bathroomgoalsaf

Pumped to have found a killer new study spot near CU Anschutz! This place has awesome artisan roasted coffee, an authentic, laid back artsy, hipster vibe and super cool décor. Peter and Austin, the two owners are super nice dudes– just another reason you should for sure come check this place out!

…to call this a «diamond in the rough» is a vast understatement! It’s has the cap-hill character in the middle of an area that I otherwise wouldn’t venture to for a relaxing place to study. It’s quaint, quiet, and comfortable! It’s super close to the Anschutz Medical Campus, so I came during a morning break to catch up on some school work in order to escape the hustle and bustle of campus. There is plenty of seating and great music playing, not much more you can ask for! I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent place to study or relax. Great coffee, great staff and located in a vast dessert of coffee house desolation. It’s about time we got some love out here… Must visit, especially for all my med campus people

Jubilee Roasting Co. is an amazing place to get work done, visit with friends, meet new people, and check out beautiful artwork. The shop is constantly evolving and shaping into a real community hub here in cultural Aurora. Oh, and did I mention that the coffee rocks?! If you are in Aurora or even anywhere in Denver, Jubilee is worth the drive. Come check it out and feel at home here!

Delicious! I had a flat tire in the parking lot at DIA and had to go to the nearest tire store. Bummer, huh? Not nearly so much when I saw Jubilee Coffee Roasters next door on Kenton. Not only is the place absolutely adorable and has a rad mural, the barista(is that what a male coffee server is called, too??) felt bad for me and gave me one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had. Internet is fast, great style and awesome. I’m sitting here now and can’t wait to come back.

Five stars for Jubilee! I had some time before my flight out of Denver last week, so I set out to find some coffee… I try to seek out local shops that roast their own beans, and pay careful attention to what they are serving customers. I found it with Jubilee. As a self proclaimed espresso geek, I’m always happy to find a shop that is able to pull a great shot. My first hint was the two group Kees van der Western Mirage espresso machine sitting proudly on the poured concrete counter at Jubilee. My second glimpse at getting a great shot was watching Peter not only weigh the dose, but the extraction too… a sure sign of a fellow coffee geek. The traditional macchiato was spot on too. An Ethiopian Koke pour over to go, and I was on my way to the airport. Seating area is very warm and welcoming. Truly a great spot to relax, or get some work done with a coffee that was skillfully roasted and prepared for you. Oh, I picked up a bag of that Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Koke to take with me, and pulled as a single origin shot it is simply sublime! I will certainly find my way back to Aurora soon.

Epic locally owned coffee roaster and sweet coffee shop. Plenty of seating and snacks including breakfast burritos, donuts and cereal! They also have shared art space along with event space in the back. Looks like they are partnering with lots of cool local gems like Sox Place for shirts and more on the horizon.

I spent my month in Denver hunting down a new coffee shop to explore every day. It gave me the chance to check out the coffee scene, taste some local roasts, and change up the environment while getting some work done. I came across Jubilee while I was at Quince the prior day. The barista had mentioned that they had just opened and they had bought a small batch of their coffee for one of their drips of the day. I checked out their website and I was on my way the next day. Jubilee Roasting Co. has a somewhat discreet location. I walked right past the front door without even knowing it. The interior is more cozy. Half is fashioned like an old cabin while the other portion is dedicated to small batch roasting — behind that is a studio space for art. Their mantra is written on a chalkboard adorning a bookshelf. Having just opened a week prior, I was kindly greeted as the only customer thus far by the barista. They were out of their drip for the day so he expertly poured me a cup of their El Salvador Llametpec on a Kalita wave. Having just opened, they are working to get everything up and running. Their hours are a bit limited, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, but I’m sure that will expand as their business ramps up. The concept is spot on with what I look for in a local coffee shop — coffee and community. Cheers and good luck with the business!
