I found an used car at this dealership, and everything seemed nice about it. However, right when I jumped in the car to drive it off, an engine light went off. The sale person, tamara told me it was nothing and it was just because it didn’t have gas in it. I was very hesitant on taking the car I just bought home. Who would want to buy a car that was supposedly perfectly ok, but now has engine problems? They keep saying they would take care of it for me and help me out. However I live in Joplin, and the only Audi service I could find was in Springfield, 1 ½hr away. Plus I was flying back to California so I couldn’t get it checked. It took me awhile but found an Audi service in town. Please be aware of the car. Even the elderly lady who was trading in her truck (She bought it at the same dealership) said she regret coming back twice. It was the only place she could drive to… She hated them, and now I understand.
