Got iphone screen replaced at 8pm, next morning found the screen had a crack up near the earpiece. I put it in a big phone case before I even left the store, and have not even dropped it! So I immediately drove back to show it and they said sorry nothing we can do. Go somewhere else or buy from icracked and do it yourself. They seemed nice at first, and I liked them, but the screens they use are absolute crap, and their attitude changes as soon as there is a problem.

If I could do zero stars I would. Called and asked to see if they could replace the glass on a S5. They quote an hour to an hour and a half. Sat there for almost 3 hours. They first brought it out with the menu button not working and glue all over the housing that would not come off. Then when they went back to fix the menu button, the home button dropped down under the screen level and was recessed.
He then told me that this is the way it should be when you replace the glass. I argued and told him that they need to fix this correctly but they were closing.
I get home and the screen is loose on the left and right to the point I can put my fingernail under the screen.

Worst place ever! Got my screen fixed, raised the concern of my screen not being set right and they assured me it was ok… A couple days later get a new case in and was putting it on, snapped it in and the screen cracked. I didn’t even push hard!!! Went back into the store and they refused to do anything for me and called security as soon as I said it was bs that I raised the concern they said it was ok and this happens. Owner wouldn’t even talk to me. His employees were up front talking for him. And then get in my face swearing at me!!! As far as I’m concerned pay the extra amount of money to get it fixed right. Now I see why their ads were on craigslist. What kind of owner calls security to avoid dealing with customers??? And the even better part? I can understand spanish… the things that they are saying about their customers is downright hurtful…

Always a great deal. I have been able to purchase a stellar iPad 4, a really cool charger that has lights on it, and tempered glass screen protectors for my iPad and iPhone.
These guys have great customer service and very competitive prices.
