TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The woman at the counter didn’t even let me get a word out before she told me she couldn’t help me. Someone needs to train the employees to ask HOW they can help the customer first, before telling them they can’t. I had a Gymboree outlet bag with me (hideous outfit given as a gift) and it’s true I couldn’t exchange it there but after the way I was treated I didn’t do any of the shopping I had planned either. I told the woman to keep the ugly outfit and walked out. She could have told me where the nearest outlet stores were and talked about their exchange policy or asked if there was something else she could help me find in their store. There are MANY ways she could have said «yes» to me instead if opening with «no». Very negative experience overall.

I just had my first baby and had never been in the store before. A friend of my mother’s sent me something that wasn’t quite the right size, so I took it in to exchange it. The employees there were friendly and made the process very easy. On top of that, I got a killer deal on the new clothes I got. They were having a sale and I had a coupon as well. They let you use a coupon on top of the sale and clearance prices. Definitely worth saving coupons and going during sales!
