Unfortunately, this was a bust! When you call they give you this great special per room and tell you that their pretreatment service, which is $ 0.25/sf, is only for certain areas or spots. Then, the guy comes in and says, no the pretreatment is a must for all high traffic areas and they won’t attempt to clean the carpet without it. Spot treatment is completely different and STARTS OFF at $ 7 depending on the size of the spot. My estimate began at around $ 50. I threw in another $ 80 for the pretreatment. The actual total was over $ 400! THEN… even the areas that were pretreated still looked just as dirty as before they came! I’ve called back to discuss my dissatisfaction only to go straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail with my number to call back, and nothing! I would NOT recommend!
