I have purchased various items at this store over several years and have found Dave and his staff to be excellent in customer service, price, knowledge base, helpfulness, and they have always been great to work with. So much so that I recommend them to all of my patients for any exercise equipment they might need after they complete their physical therapy. I have only the highest marks for this store and staff.

and once in a while decent prices.
However, they have terrible customer service. I’d rather pay more money and get people who actually care about helping you out.

I want to edit the old post I had. I had the stores mixed up in my head and gave a poor review to Fitness Factory Outlet. I originally said that i was treated poorly here and treated well at another fitness store when it was the exact opposite. The guys at Fitness Factory Outlet were fantastic, down to earth, straight shooters that got me a treadmill that fit my budget and was great value. Other stores told me I couldn’t get high quality without a high price tag. Fitness Factory Outlet proved them wrong. My deepest apologies for having a poor review up on your page for a couple weeks. You guys did great and deserve 5 stars! We love our treadmill.

I shopped around Chicagoland fitness retailers and liked the selection and pricing at this store. Dave E., the sales guy, was very knowledgable. Through no fault of the store, I purchased an elliptical machine that had issues. After several attempts to resolve the problem with the manufacturer, Dave upgraded my machine to a much better piece of equipment at no additional cost. I have been problem-​free since.
This place cares about the customer.
