Final Touch Housekeeping

After nearly 3 years of service with Final Touch Housekeeping, we are still just as happy as with our first cleaning. The company trademark, we don’t cut corners — we clean them, fits the level of service they provide. Staff has been very attentive to our families changing needs and the owner has always worked hard to accommodate our cleaning needs; we were weekly, changed to bi-​weekly and then monthly but hoping to go bi-​weekly ASAP! We have met several different teams and although we do have a regular cleaning team, we don’t notice a difference when a different team cleans and they have never missed a scheduled cleaning. The owner works very hard to address problems or schedule conflicts. When there was an issue (missed interior French door) a team was sent back the next day without any questions asked or an inspection to ensure I was telling the truth — my word was enough. I have found texting to be the best way to contact the owner and she always responds. They leave notes for their monthly specials and have apparently won several awards.
I would highly recommend Final Touch if you are looking for a house cleaning service that isn’t too large to know your name. I appreciate being treated as an individual and not a number.

After using this service for 7 months, I decided I was tired of complaining about missed areas after several visits (although minor) and decided to hire another service with nearly 80 rave reviews on Angie’s List. It started off well with Final Touch, but the ever changing staff and overlooked areas made me decide to look for something better. The owner is very attentive and will send staff back to clean missed areas, but after a couple times of that, it became a problem and inconvenience. I think if the owner actually inspected properties that have had issues or came out with staff to ensure ALL areas were addressed, maybe it would have been a better experience overall. We communicated mostly by email and some emails were somehow «lost» although others had been received just fine.
If you are considering Final Touch, I’d look around a bit more first. There are more reputable companies with better prices, that have been around for 20+ years and may do a better job for you.

Final Touch Housekeeping did a move-​out cleaning when we left our rented house. Michelle (the owner) is VERY easy to get in touch with by text, email, or phone and always responds promptly. She understood my price limit and helped me prioritize areas to be cleaned, to be sure that the most important things were done first. (We paid by the hour.) In the midst of my scatterbrained moving experience, Michelle was a lifesaver who thought of things I hadn’t considered and made sure everything was done on time.
The workers who came to our house were prompt, polite, and hardworking. Payment (via credit card) was simple, and the rates were quite reasonable. We got the majority of our deposit back without the added stress of having to do a deep cleaning!
