I purchased an item that ended up being defective. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The rep never listened to what I was telling her and just kept saying that they would not accept the item because it was open and used. I requestd to speak with a supervisor. I was told she was in a meeting and would call me back. Hours later I received a generic mail with their policy attached telling me again that they will not take the item back because it was open and used. This company has some of the most unprofessional and incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I can honestly say that I will never order another item from this company.

In ordering the supplies for my office, i’ve recently switched to Faison and love the following the things…
1. the fantastic service. in switching, two young sales women came to meet me, go over pricing and even brought in a platter of cookies for the office. the girls continually follow up with me via email to make sure we have everything as well as casually chat.
2. FREE delivery & next day service =awesome.
3. Quality is pretty darn good :)
overall, extremely nice, fun and good people with good products.
