This place is shiz! I’ll definitely be back for more ink! My husband and I walked in and were able to get a little ink done in no time. Vinny did my two, a semi-​colon dragonfly and an infinity symbol and James did my husbands memorial tat for his mom, a tribal butterfly with mom above it. It is a good sized shop, they were very helpful with getting our ideas on to paper. We are very pleased with how they turned out, thanks guys we will be back!

It’s been about a year since I’ve been here but I’m still completely satisfied with my tattoos. I got my very first tattoo here and I was super nervous but Jim was so nice and talked to me the whole time while still doing amazing work. It was a simple tattoo, but I was satisfied so I went back for a second tattoo. I wanted a heart with a banner around it saying mom. It was a clichéd idea but Jim got creative and turned it into am amazing piece of art. He added beautiful colors and gorgeous details. I was thrilled. He’s brilliant! I wanted to write a review after so long because I’ve gone to other tattoo shops and I haven’t been nearly as happy with the work as I was with this shop. Jim is so friendly. I can’t wait to get more work done by him again. Would definitely reccomend going here.

My friend and I randomly decided to get tattoos on a Saturday and we were able to get appointments with James. He was AWESOME!!! He was able to draw up a really cool naval ship anchor for my friends departed father and it was exactly what she wanted.
For me… This was my very first tattoo (Eeeeek). James was able to take the design of tribal sea turtles that I had picked out. He helped me modify the design to fit the area that I wanted them and also helped me add the personal touch them that I had in mind. My turtles are perfect. He was so nice and talked to me the entire time, which helped to distract me from any pain.
He gave me some tips prior to actually getting the tattoos and told me how to care for it while it was healing. My tattoo wasn’t sore or anything the day after. He did such a great job and I would totally recommend James to everyone!!!

I was wanting a cover up on my wrist for about 4 years now and I wasn’t sure where to go. I looked up on Unilocal saw this place had great reviews so I walked in and checked it out myself. Jim was my tattoo artist and he also help me come up with an idea for a nice cover up. We decided to do a stormtrooper/​candy skull idea and it came out better than I could have imagined! I was so nervous getting the tattoo but Jim was there to talk to me through out the whole time and it got my mind off the pain. He is incredibly wonderful at what he does. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for some nice ink work done.

I came in last week, spoke to James about what I wanted (Joker tattoo). We discussed the size, color and cost. I made the appointment and came in yesterday. I can’t tell you how important it is to me that when I make an appointment that when I arrive they are ready for me, James was. He was ready and prepared. This was almost a 3 ½ hour tattoo and he did a great job.
This morning I was expecting to be very sore from all the color put on me but there was very minimal swelling. This is my third tattoo and my first with so much ink and I am very impressed and pleased with the results.

I came in to have a current tattoo re colored due to fading. Jim did a fantastic job of bringing back the life to my tat. He added extra shading etc that actually enhanced my already great tattoo.
I will definitely go back there for more work.

On a whim my best friend and I decided that we needed some more body modification. I called on a Saturday and Jim got us in on Sunday.
Jim drew up my tattoo design and got to work on it. I am very pleased with his work. Jim is awesome and has a sweet style.
I would go back!
His piercing is very clean and lovely as well. It was a bit funny and sad to see my best friend get her septum pierced.

I have gotten my first two tattoos from Dirk here. I was totally nervous for my first tattoo but he made me feel comfortable and explained what he was doing and the equipment he was using and put my mind at ease. He is amazing. For my second one I just gave him a vague idea of what i wanted because I wasn’t even sure exactly what I wanted. He took the little I gave him and turned it into a beautiful piece of art. I love it! I am about to go back to get my third and I will always go to Dirk because of my great experiences there!

I went to Epiphany a few time in the last few weeks to explore getting my first tattoo. James was very helpful to me explaining the entire process and how it works. He helped me to design a tattoo that met what I was looking for in meaning but also something very stylish as well.
I went and had the tattoo done Saturday evening. He was great! Amazing workmanship and the very confident in his work. He took the time to explain the after care instructions and how to make sure that I took care of it based on the environment I work in.
I would recommend them to any one that is even considering a tattoo.

Dirk is an amazing artist. I would trust him completely to do any tattoo. I have a half sleeve designed by him and he helped me with a cover up as well.
Dirk is very professional and the shop is clean and sanitary.
My husband also has an incredible half sleeve done by Dirk. His color work is vibrant and he does very clean line work.

My experience at Epiphany was amazing! They were willing to work with me, despite some health issues I have, and I felt extremely comfortable talking to Dirk about the design I had thought up. He added a bit to it and it’s now an amazing piece of art. I could not ask for a better tattoo experience, even though it was my first one, and I will only go to Dirk at Epiphany for as long as we’re both in the Denver area.
