Eagle Bend Dental Center

Dr. Donskaya was my dentist prior to relocating to Colorado. She made my Dentists visits rather pleasant and explained each procedure clearly. She seems to combine the unusual combination of professionalism and true warmth and compassion. This is something that is almost impossible to find on the East Coast.
I hope that one day I could have Dr. Donskaya again as a patient in the future and I wish her and her husband all the best!

I’ve visited Dr. Natalya for botox injections. She was very nice, but I never knew if I was getting great results or not. I always had bruises the next day as her assistant would press SO hard on my face with ice or her finger before and after getting the injections. It was always uncomfortable and painful. When I started getting fingertip-​sized bruises on my forehead, I knew it was time to look elsewhere.
In total, I visited 5 – 6 times and was NEVER ONCE told about the Brilliant Distinctions points program where you can get money off future treatments. This program is run by Allergen, the maker of Botox. The secretary who calls himself Saul is a jackass. When I asked him why the office never informed me of this points/​reward system, he replied that I should have asked. The first time I tried botox was at this office and it was an overall lousy experience. How would I have known about this program unless they told me??? I called Brilliant Distinctions to get more info and I was told they highly encourage the offices to inform their clients about this program. That never happened for me. I was never sure what to expect and didn’t get great results, in my opinion. There is no way to add past visits to the Brilliant Distinctions points program, so if this office screwed you over too, by not informing you about the program, it’s time to go elsewhere.
I now go to Always Beautiful, located in the medical offices at Southlands Mall, right above My Best Friend’s Closet. I highly recommend ditching Eagle Bend Dental and get Ali and Jessica’s schedule.

Excellent place to get your teeth cleaned! They use water laser which makes it squeaky clean when complete. I’ve been there to have my teeth cleaned at least 5 times. Quite happy with cleaning service. Haven’t tried their other service yet. I see the dental tech and they were very good. Highly recommend for basic teeth cleaning. Not sure about the skills of the dentist in complicated procedures. Personally, I don’t need any other service at this time.
