I recently had my van’s oil changed at Corban Auto Repair. Everything about the experience was five star. When I made the appointment, they got me in quickly. When I dropped my van off, they were friendly and professional, and listened well when I asked them about a few concerns with my vehicle. They completed the work in a timely manner and called to let me know it was done. And when I picked up my vehicle, it was right at the end of their day, but they didn’t seem rushed. They took time to talk to me about the work they’d done, and they explained things in a way that made sense to a lay person, without sounding condescending.
