Love Stefanie! (Sp?) They do take appointments and walk-​ins. When I have done walk-​ins they’ll give you an approximate wait time and have always been accurate. Stefanie is awesome with my 20 month old, she’s incredibly patient and gives us the cut we want. Highly recommend!

We have tried a few of these kids’ salons before and found them to be ok or so-​so, good enough to get the job done. We keep coming back to this location for the good results. We like our son’s hair not just buzzed, not a ‘bowl’ cut, but also not shaggy, just a nice, short, cute boys’s style, and this is the place that gets it right every time. We also have been able to get in almost every time even with no appointment. They definitely do take appointments, so the review that said they didn’t is out of date I would say. The kids love the movies and video games to entertain them while they are served, and service is quick and effective. We’ll keep coming back.

This was our first and last time going here. On our receipt it says our stylist was ella, and she did not do well. Our son was being fussy about wearing the cape, but she was so slow the other stylist finished one haircut and then did two more in the time our stylist butchered one. I told the stylist not so short up front and her response was «you want a boy’s haircut, yes?» Our sons beautiful hair looks terrible. The front is not even finger length and the back is about an inch and a half when I specifically said I wanted to get rid of the mullet. A two year old haircut shouldn’t take 45 minutes, especially when the end result looks worse than if I did it myself.

My son has always received great haircuts here. BUT, they no longer take appointments apparently. They can’t tell me when or why them stopped. And don’t trust the hours on their website, those are wrong. I contacted them on 1÷28÷14 to let them know about my frustrations. Haven’t heard back except for someone to tell me that someone else will contact me. They said 1 – 2 business days, 3 business days ago. Maybe I am just a picky customer but I can’t imagine the manager is so busy they can’t take them time to address complaints.
I told them the hours listed on their website are incorrect. They have not corrected them. So FYI, they close at 6, not seven. Wish they cared more about their customers, I guess it is time to find somewhere else to take my son for his haircuts.
Update as of 2÷18÷15: no one ever contacted me in response to my inquiry on their website. 1 – 2 days? More like never.

I usually am very happy with this place but my last visit was so stressful. My son is 15 months and not used to haircuts yet. We had a new employee cut his hair this time (he was in training) my son was very upset. Which I totally get, babies usually don’t love haircuts. But the new employee was so slow and he didn’t have any tips for me on how to hold him so he could cut his hair. I just wanted it over with. So I said looks great got to go. But didn’t really look great. And this place ain’t cheep. The manager stayed in the back and she really should have been by his side to instruct him

My 11 month old son just had his 1st ever haircut here & it turned out Great! He’s a mamas boy so I figured he’d freak out and we’d leave without a haircut but the gentlemen who cut his hair was so great! He made him at ease with the cool car he sat in and turned on the TV in front of him to watch. I highly recommend this place regardless of the previous review! Request the guy, he’s awesome! Also, the price for his hair cut was $ 18, which is kind of steep for a haircut but he’s not getting them that often and the finish product & experience was worth the cost!

The first time we went here for my sons first hair cut was great! Then we went a second time– my son did great but the women was terrible! She was shaking as she cutting his hair and totally chopped it up and we still had to pay! Never go here!
