Wait, wait some more and then wait again. I had to come here for an injury I sustained at work. I get it I work in the health industry but making patients wait in the waiting room for an hour and then wait in the room for an hour and then wait to check out… Then they insist I come back for recheck and since the day I am supposed to come back is fully booked they say «we can just double book you». WHATTTTTTT!!! Never again. I will just use my own doctor and insurance. I did give 2 stars because I really liked the doc.

Very slow service, even just for a pre-​employment drug screen. It took over 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door. I’ve never seen such simple lab work take so long anywhere else.

Ah urgent care, how I dislike you so. To make matters worse I am here for an on the job injury. I always feel as though I am being rushed through in this setting and therefore receive less than adequate care. Upsides to concentra there are xray facilities here and they are more capable than most urgent care centers. I still leave feeling as though I was rushed through.
So over all, I would go here before another urgent care center, but i’d really just go to the ER since I am insured.
