Clips Hair Salon

The receptionist was completely unaware and not knowledgeable. She needs to be fired! My sister and I called ahead of time and were very specific when asking the receptionist questions, because we know what we wanted was a somewhat unique request. We SPECIFICALLY said that we have thick curly brown hair, and that the stylist would have to first strip out hair and then dye it gray. We reiterated it twice to her to absolutely make sure she understood because not only was it going to be a trip, but also because we know that some stylists are hesitant to strip and dye gray. The receptionist continued to say that it was no problem and that they could do it. So, we happily booked an appointment. When we got there the stylist said «we don’t do gray hair.» The stylist was very apologetic and seemed sincere though. Again, that uninformed receptionist needs to be fired, especially since she tried to defend herself and said that «they never told me a color.» Why the hell would one book an appointment and not tell the salon what was going to be done during the appointment? Moron!

This was a great place! I got my hair cut with some highlights and I absolutely love it! Fun atmosphere to be in. Melissa cut my hair and she did a great job. Will definitely be going back! Finally found a place that’s affordable and does a good job!
