Classic Cuts

Shannon has been cutting my hair for years. It’s hard to find a person you can trust, but when you do its a relief to know you’ll come out with a great haircut every time. She’s the best! Wouldn’t go any where else!

Went in for a eyebrow wax yesterday. Horrible. Older lady messed up my eyebrows, I want to cry. She just globbed on the wax on all parts of my eyebrow and left the wax on and started to do the other eye. I asked her what she was doing and she stated she was using a new wax and it can be messier and it doesnt use strips. Huh? But I didnt want to be rude and I stupidly said «oh ok» and let her continue. Anyways, my arch on one of my eyebrows is completely gone along with the majority of the whole damn eyebrow and both eyebrows are blotchy. I immediately left and went to get a eyebrow pencil because I will be coloring in my eyebrows for a while. I am so pissed and every time I look in the mirror I get more pissed. I will never visit this place again. I have been taking my son to get his haircut there for a while now, but even he isnt happy with the last couple haircuts. These ladies dont take pride in their work and are washed up.

Went in for a haircut and wax right before a job interview. The young lady did the wax first… I should have run when she asked if I also wax the top. All I can say is WOW. She took a huge chunk out of the top. When she gave me the mirror and asked what else she could do, I cried. I said, no please I’ll try to fix this at home. The only shape to them was the dip where she took the chunk out.
Again, at this point I should have run. I let her cut my hair… She started doing it dry and when I asked for a wash she said… ‘Now or after’ really??? Now, please. Should have listened to my gut again. She put the stinkiest grossest stuff in my hair… So anyhow, we make it through the cut. She removed about 7 inches instead of the 2 inches I asked for. UGH!!! She asked if I wanted it blow dried… Ummm yes! Straight or curly she asks. Straight please. She got about half way done and put everything down. I didn’t move. She said.‘oh did you want me to dry it all the way?’ I say no. Just let me go home and try to fix this. As I told her, I have never left a salon feeling less then fabulous. Today I left in tears.
They do not deserve even one star. Really really horrible.
