Chick-fil-A

To clarify, this is the Chick-​fil-​a inside of the Aurora Mall. There is another Chick-​fil-​a just outside of the mall, but I am writing a review for the Chick-​fil-​a inside the Aurora mall. One day for lunch, I ordered 12 grilled nuggets to go after doing a bit of shopping at Macy’s. When I got home and opened the container, my nuggets were not grilled — they were CHARRED BLACK. I was totally annoyed, so I called the store and they were like «yeah, we have been having some issues with our grill.» and I was given a number to call and complain. I called the number and the Chick-​fil-​a rep was very nice and told me the manager of the store would follow up with me and that they would send out a gift card to make up for the charred nuggets I could not eat. The manager never followed up with me. I had pictures ready and everything. A few days later I received a gift card with an undisclosed amount of money on it or so I thought. Today I went to use this gift card on another order of 12 grilled nuggets at another location. When I handed the gift card to the cashier, he told me it was only good for 8 nuggets and that I would need to pay for the other 4. Ugghh!!! What a slap in the face. How dare you serve me a meal I can’t eat and then send me a gift card that doesn’t even cover a refund for the meal I could not eat. JERKS! I will never visit this location again and may never go to any chick-​fil-​a again.

The food comes out so quickly all very tasty. Line was long but moved quickly, overall a very good chickfila chain!
The salad my sister got was surprisingly very fresh and good.
Would skip on the peach smoothie next time though!

The food is delish, but the problem is the prices are ridiculous. I cannot imagine paying almost $ 7 for a SMALL meal size. Oh, and the sandwiches has basically nothing on it. This was my first time eating here and when I saw the prices I wanted to reverse right out of the drive thru. I know not to eat here again. Perhaps they should reevaluate their prices!

Best service and they cook the food very well. Always friendly service and dependable.

It’s Chicken. They fry it and it’s good. They are not open on Sundays. They are a bit expensive. I luurve the waffle fries. The new location in Aurora is clean and accessible. I also think the breakfast chicken and biscuit is perhaps not healthy… but you know… live a little ! If they added gravy to it… OMG…wait, don’t tell them, I might just steal that idea myself…

Once a year I crave the Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake. As good as ever and I just had better, friendlier service here, at the mall, than I get at many «real» restaurants.

Lunch stop. I like that the fries are waffle style and seem to be less greasy than other places. The chicken salad sandwich, I believe, is one of the secrets of Chick-​Fil-​A. Toasted on whole grain bread, the mix is not too mayo heavy and thinly chopped to provide consistency in each bite. Nothing is more annoying than having to bust out a knife and fork because the chicken salad is in such huge chunks. This is not the case here.
For fast food, you could do a lot worse than Chick-​Fil-​A.

I crave this place when Im back in California. This has the best chicken tenders ever and their steak fries are soo crispy and just plain good! I can’t wait to go back to Colorado and stuff myself with some good ol’ Chick Fil A
