Cf Landscape & Concrete

We worked with Josh on our backyard. When we had an issue, he came and made it right at no charge to us — I would recommend.

Overall we had a very good experience with CF. They installed a very large pave stone patio, walkway, retaining wall, seat wall, and wood burning fire pit. The quality of the work was excellent and the workers were very polite and did a great job of cleaning up after the project.
There were a few items that were not done to the original design, but after a simple text to Josh he sent his workers back immediately to fix the problems. We are very happy with the patio and would consider them for more work in the future.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, there was a lack of communication in the beginning about the order and delivery of supplies. We had to make an additional trip out to the rock store and the delivery truck didn’t come on the scheduled day. Otherwise everything went just fine.

Very good experience with Josh at CF Landscape and his crew. I’ve worked with a number of contractors as I work in real estate, and I highly recommend these guys. I called and got an on-​site quote within 24 hours. I negotiated a little and got a great price (in my opinion). I then had to call back a few days later as I wanted some more concrete poured at that kind of price. I ended up expanding my back patio even further and getting a new front walkway to my door. Josh’s crew came out on a Saturday, arrived early and stayed a little late to get everything done right. The prep work, the concrete pour, and clean up went great. I’ve had many neighbors compliment the concrete work, as well. FIVE STARS for CF Landscape, please give them a try, I highly recommend Josh and his crew.

I can’t comment on their work as they never have me the chance to use their service. What I am rating is their customer service. I called once to have my yard aerated and they said they would be over that Saturday. They called the day before to confirm our appointment as they said they would. They would not give me a rough estimate of when they would be by. Afternoon? Morning? They couldn’t say. So I sat at home waiting for them for most the day until it started raining pretty hard. A week went by and never received a call from them, so I called them. The guy that answered the phone didn’t state the business name and just said, «Hello?». I told him what happened and he said he would give me a call back (in between him talking to someone else and barely being able to hear him) and he confirmed my number. He then didn’t hang up his phone, so I wait for a minute of him talking to someone else and finally hang up. This was over a month ago and still never received a call back. I guess my business wasn’t important enough to them to even call me back or apologize for never showing.
Looks like they have negative reviews elsewhere on the web and complaints to the BBB.
