I just went to this walkin care for the first time. Everyone was caring and wonderful. I have had bad experiences at the one closer to us. This one I will be going to from now on along with our kids when needed. Worth driving a little farther.

I took my mother in on 11÷21÷15 and she saw a nurse practitioner named Amy. My mother had shortness of breath and felt congested. Prior to this she was in Delnor on Randall Road the weekend before due to having very low potassium(which is a whole other festival of follies). Long story short, my mother was not seen by a doctor and only a nurse practitioner who was assisted by a radiologist. They listened to her, took a couple x-rays and told her to go to the hospital because she may have CONGESTIVEHEARTFAILURE. Not an easy pill to swallow, despite the fact that it was just a hypothetical situation that wasn’t confirmed. However, on the way to the ER(at CDH, the best hospital around) I was thinking«I could lose my mother» and she had a panic attack so bad she vomited three times on the way there. Our panic continued for another 24 hours where an actual CARDIOLOGIST did a stress test, EKG and a ton of other tests. As it turned out, after all the panic, thanks to Northwestern Medicine Convenient Care Aurora, my mother had low potassium in her blood and was only there for a weekend. Low potassium because of a drug that a Delnor doctor took her off of the last time she was in the hospital the week before. It was a medication my mother had been prescribed for 25 years. Had she not been taken off that medicine, this wouldn’t have happened. However, it seems that Delnor and their affiliate Northwestern Medicine Convenient Care Aurora are incompetent. I wouldn’t trust them with your pet hamster, let alone a human life. If I could give them negative stars I would. You’re better off going to Walgreens for urgent care or literally anywhere else.
