I WAS impressed until I got a bill on my door and an attempt to charge my card this week. I did not schedule a visit nor did I have anyone in my home. They want almost $ 100 for literally doing nothing, I will be getting bids from new companies this spring. I have gotten different stories from the techs than the front office people and they are not local. Buyer beware.

I was «sucked in» via a Groupon deal… Very poor results given price of service… I’ve never seen spiders this size in Colorado post extermination treatment… It’s evident why they have to lock their customers in to year long contracts… They suck and I will not be using them again as soon as I’m out of this contact!

Ryan Shaw of Berrett Pest Control, Aurora Office, did a fantastic job carefully exterminating our house and the surrounding yard. I told him I was terrified of mice and we had a serious mouse problem in our garage! The mice were dead from the one bait station and another sticky trap we had… but still… who wants a mouse convention in their garage! He promptly set up another bait station and removed the dead little critters. Then he put copper meshing into two small openings near the outside of the garage doors to deter more mice from trying to set up camp for the winter. Haven’t seen a bug or a mouse since! We really appreciate service providers who have a positive attitude, are dependable, on-​time and do a great job. –Debra M. — Littleton, CO

No results from any treatment that they did and was pricey. We don’t mind paying for a good service, but this was not worth the money we paid.

I tried this company on a Groupon offer, which was a great deal. However, they started my trying to up sell me on some program I didn’t want. Secondly they missed there first appointment with me at our house and I had to reschedule. Their treatment seemed to have little to no results. I’ve tried calling the company and you have to wait while the phone rings for 10 minutes. I eventually gave up and have hired better vendors for treating bugs in our home.

Rip-​off joint. Got an Amazon Local deal and got the high pressure sales pitch to sign up for quarterly service ($ 129 a pop) before I even had the chance to even see if the service was any good. My wife happened to be off work on a Friday so I scheduled it then. They showed up at the wrong time and she wasn’t home. So she called to reschedule and was transferred several times before they hung up on her. When she finally spoke to someone they said they couldn’t come back on a weekend. Who can afford to take a whole day off work to wait for an exterminator? Fortunately we got a refund from Amazon, but they should vet their merchants better. Avoid this place at all costs!
