Aurora Medical Weight Loss

My new patient visit was cancelled the day of with an email no call. Tried to call but got a voicemail box that was full repeatedly all day. Rescheduled online and was still waiting 45 minutes after my appointment. If it’s not too far out of the way go to Cherry Creek Weight Loss. They have their crap together.

The 1 start is only because Dominique at their former Park Meadows location was wonderful. This company managed to not contact me when it was going through an «audit» to let me know that no one would be in the office. I went to my appointment and no one was in the office. They did not return my phone calls for more than two weeks. My final appointment with them was after they had closed the Park Meadows location. Again no one informed that the office was being shut down. I arrived for my appointment and the suite was empty. I left a message with their staff and received a phone call not apologizing for the inconvenience but blaming a staff member that they said should have called me. I was offered the option to move to the Aurora clinic and chose not to as it is inconvenient and I no longer wish to do business with Medical Weight Loss centers. I asked for a refund and was told they would have to call me back. They never returned my call nor did they ever respond to email. I would not suggest utilizing this clings services.

I was goim1g to the Cherry Creek clinic, but this is way closer to home and the staff is amazing. They worked hard to get me and out quickly. The blood draw was quick and painless.
