Aspen Green Apartments

This place is a dump. I have a friend who had the unfortunate circumstance of living in the building and have never been so turned off by a place in all my life. Every time I drove by or through the parking lot — the trash dumpsters were overflowing, the grounds (except up by the leasing office) all looked horrible and there were always people in the parking lot drinking, intoxicated AND peeing in the parking lot with small children running around nearby. Abandoned bicycles and kids toys, trash, broken appliances/​broken toilets, broken glass and remnants from evicted units spewed out the doors and over the grounds and through parking areas like a war zone. Not to mention that there were trailers parked all over the parking lot where I could never find a place to park when I visited. The security doors were always open as well as security lights outside not working. I would be afraid to live here much less park my car. Please stay away. Oh and also — they have bedbugs bad, if the other items weren’t already enough of a deterrent to run the other direction.
