Our garage door opener stopped working (due to out of balance garage door). I searched for an authorized Genie dealer and located a couple in the area. I called around and Allan Garage Door was the only one that had voice mail that was professional. I left a message and Rich (the owner) returned my call within the hour. He was able to fit me in his schedule for the same day.
After getting the garage door back in balance (works so much better!), he informed me that the opener circuit board was fried. He said that I might as well purchase a new opener since it would cost just as much to repair the old one. He gave me some recommendations on openers (he knew I would install it because I installed our old one). He charged a very reasonable price for his service.
I would use him again and will recommend him to family and friends.
