What you get is what you pay. All Hands gave a very competitive bid for deck sanding and restaining, plus a 10% promotional discount. Within a few weeks of their work, the deck started to show water stains (from rainwater). I called and asked them to come and look at it, and restain the deck. The first guy I talked to said «we’ll make it right» but massed me to his partner who did the work. The partner basically told me to drop dead — refused to look at the problem and said «no implied or other warranty». I have had this deck for 14 years and had it sanded & restained several times without a problem. Use these guys at your own risk.
