7E Fit Spa

I went to this 7E Fit Spa Saddlerock location near Gartrell to give the Torc a try as an alternative to finding some boot camp or other lipo alternative to kick start inch and weight loss. I had some health issues that knocked me out of my workout routines for almost a year, and completing my second online degree in the wee hours kept adding to pounds/​inches. And being 51, menopause, auggh. I knew myself well enough that I needed a boost to get me moving in the right direction. I’m now on my second unlimited month package for Torc/​Sauna. This location has awesome staff and management; so friendly and they really know the machines well for getting great results. I’m so much more relaxed now, and stronger in all the areas we treat. The «stress fat pillow» that had grown over my abs is disappearing and the techs can totally tell differences with each session. Bonus… since I’m out of school, I’ve been able to read 8 books (for fun!) while the Torc does the work! I’m also drinking tons of water; trying to eat healthy as well. It’s more important to me now that I’m seeing such great results from my time at 7E. I love it so much, I’ll likely continue even after my «kickstart» is accomplished and blend it with cardio and other workouts that work for me!

I saw a Groupon for Torcing sessions here and decided to give it a try. I tried 3 sessions and definitely started to see a reduction in inches in my abdomen. I have always struggled with getting muscle definition in my abs but started to see it happening after my 6^th session.
The facility is top notch and so is the staff. Everyone is very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely attentive. I’ve been seeing such great results that I had to signed up for unlimited month membership.
I love this place and will continue to come back!
