I give this place 2 stars because the food was ok… Nothing different than any other Wendy’s. However, their customer service is absolutely horrible. This is the 4th time I’ve ordered from here and every single time I get the same quality of service. Unfortunately I have people in my home that love Wendy’s. Their driver thru employees need a lesson in customer service. The girl that just gave me my food didn’t make eye contact one time and seemed like I was an inconvenience by breathing hard and rolling her eyes. Their tone is always rude and they cut you off when ordering. If you are looking for a quick meal that’s decent but don’t care about friendly customer service in the least, this is your joint.
