Popeyes

I love this location. I’ve only dined in here and I’ve had my best experiences with popeyes at this location. The food has been fresh every time, and the service genuine and welcoming. I can’t speak for drive thru, just cuz I haven’t experienced it personally. The manager is hands on and she is very pleasant. Keep it up :)

Awful. I went here last night and waited 10 minutes and still didn’t even get to order. I decided to go back again today because I was craving chicken I stood there for 7 minutes and they still had not taken my order… so I left. I noticed multiple cars go through the drive through and get their orders after I arrived. Clearly they do not care about the customers dining in. When I left the lady just leaving in the parking lot looked at me and said that place was ridiculous I agreed. Do not go here and waste your time.

I come here because my autistic brother likes the seasoned fries and this is the closest location. The drive thru wait here is ridiculous! And, I just be ordering fries! C’mon son! I definitely shouldn’t have to wait 10 – 30 minutes or more just about every time I come to this place to just get some fries. When they actually be quick with the order I make, the fries aren’t that hot either. Besides the long waits, the biggest problem I have coming here is that when I ask for 2 large boxes of seasoned fries, I expect to receive 2 large boxes of fries! Not 2 half filled little boxes that cost me $ 7 and change. It’s definitely not worth that price if you keep giving peeps half filled small boxes of cold fries! Then they want to look at you like you’re crazy when you ask about getting the bigger box full of fries. Expect to wait a while & be jipped when you come here! You can’t say I didn’t warn you on this review.

Super brilliant. Fantastic food and the wait was non existent. Had the shrimp po boy combo with unsweet tea.

Ugh, was not happy with the service or the quality of my food. First off, the fries were cold, and I had less than the normal amount. I felt they only took a fork full and dumped them in my box. The drive thru worker closed the window on me before I could ask for condiments. I won’t be back to this popeyes.

Finally someone did the right thing. I was told to pull around in the drive thru to wait for my poboy. I waited over twenty minuted, finally got out of my car and went inside to see if they forgot about me. They were very kind and explained that they had to thaw the bread in order to make my sandwich. Not only did they give me two pies, fhey also refunded my money. When I got home my sandwich was stuffed full of shrimp. Thanks to the staff for your good customer service.

This Popeye’s suck! It takes them forever to get the food out, and on at least 2 occasions they’ve given me spicy chicken when I ordered mild. I have small kids. When I got home which is quite some distance from the store I realized the chicken was spicy and had to revamp in order to feed my kids because the chicken was too hot for their little mouths. When I went back and complained, the employee and the manager had nasty attitudes. I couldn’t believe it. I got another order of chicken but again, it too them forever. I called corporate and complained. If you’re in a rush… forget it! And check your chicken before you leave. Gave them two stars because… I love that chicken from Popeyes!

Excessively long wait times, constantly out of food (spicy chicken and sides) during peak hours (lunch and dinner), when food is returned due to error or low quality staff seems to take it personally and aren’t shy about showing their annoyance. One positive-​new male manager seems to have a customer focused attitude.

Never knew fast food could take more than 30 mins! Probably won’t ever come back to this location.

Food is usually good like most Popeye’s but nearly everytime I go I am waiting about 20 min for my food. Even if they are not busy they take forever. I do not recommend this Popeye’s. I go because I love chicken and it is close by.

I don’t expect much from fast food, but it’s amazing how when their computer goes down they can’t figure out how to keep orders in order and get food out to people. We waited over half an hour and they only finally got to ours because I went back up to the counter, but they weren’t able to fill it with what we ordered. By that point we just wanted to leave. I gave an extra star because the staff was polite and apologetic, but waiting long enough for me to cook at home meal and still not getting the order right? Ugh.
