Since this guy from Plunket was here we only had problems with our AC. First time he fixed it then there was something else to fix (2^nd guy) and we could never reach him after that. He left us with the emergency heat on and that was the only way it worked. Pretty dissappointed. Oh and expensive for not even solving the issue.
