Papa John’s Pizza

I love Papa John’s pizza!!! I love doughiness in my pizza crust, so their pizza is perfect for me. This location is closest to my home, so I normally order from home and pick up my order at the window. Never had a bad experience at all with the pizza, service, or employees.
A recent situation put a damper on my spirit about this restaurant. There was a recent robbery here where the unknown suspect climbed into the drive thru window while the manager was counter the tills for the night. The suspect was wielding a knife and demanded money but the person was agitated and began stabbing the manager. The manager was stabbed several times and another employee was stabbed as well. Both employees were ok after the suspect left without any money.
The next day I was driving through the area and there were several police canvassing the area and passing out flyer about the suspect and there is also an $ 1000 reward for the capture of the suspect. So if anyone has any information please contact the local sheriff’s department and help keep Augusta safe!!!
I hate how there has been an abundance of senseless crime in Augusta and we need to get back to the tranquility we are known for!!! Augustans want to be able to live comfortably without hurt or harm to themselves or loved ones!!! Let’s get back to the LOVE everyone!!!

This must not have been their night. First i dealt with rude woman on the phone, then the person at the window was less than friendly and when I got home my garlic butter was in a solid state. Not pleased.

I used the online app to make an order. It was easy and set the pizza for carry out for a future time. The pizza was ready on time, hot, and made correctly. They printed me the receipt i signed it and was on my way. No fuss no real issues

Good pizza, I have always gotten good service, usually do pick-​up
Quality and taste of pizza’s seems to be dropping though.
