Outspokin’ has been my go-​to bike shop for years. They’ve never oversold me on anything, even when I’ve tried to get them to… truly considerate of what your needs are. I’ve purchased a number of bikes from them, all with top-​notch maintenance support. Most recently, I turned in my bike (bought used from a friend) for a rather last-​minute tune-​up for the Augusta Half Ironman. I’m glad I did! The bike had never run smoother than it did for that important race.
Additionally, I think that Outspokin’ runs one of the most considerate group rides around. They are truly supportive to new riders. My wife has even started joining me on rides. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have such a great bike shop so close to us.

This is one of 3 top-​notch local bike shops for the Augusta area. If you are looking to get into road cycling, I would probably recommend this place over the other stores. They have a huge selection, a great group of folks working the desk/​floor, and (at least in my experience) a very pleasant, friendly clientele base wandering the store. They set up a regular ride (weekly, I think) for all the roadies, and I don’t think you could find a more warm, inviting atmosphere to get into the sport.

I was here looking around with my sister. I think she’s looking to get her hubby a gift or purchase bikes for the family. The store entrance is located on the side of the building. The staff is nice and attentive. They greeted us as soon as we walked in. My sister had serious inquires, so I was watching my niece. They had plenty of bikes for children and my niece was obsessed with them. They offer helmets, seats, shoes, apparel, tires etc. This is a great place for a serious or novice biker. The pricing was reasonable. The parking was limited, but they don’t have droves of people there at once, so it works. If I were to purchase a bike, I’d come back here because they had everything and a well versed staff.

we came from out of town for IM GA and had a mechanical problem the day before race… At the race site the que for repair was closed we called outspokin and they took us and did repair WITHIN ONE HOUR. outstanding customer service in that situation … 10 min form race site and great service next time if your in town for this race or any time this is the place go and support

Great shop and highly recommend for anyone from novice just getting started to your seasoned off-​road or road warrior. I recently traveled to Augusta for work and wanted to bring my bike with me.
I did a simple web search, found Outspokin’, made a call and immediately felt comfortable with the team there. I shipped my bike there, assembled it and spoke with the team there and got all the details on the Augusta cycling scene to include invitations to the weekend group ride as well as week day/​night indoor and road rides. Outspokin’ helped make my trip to Augusta easy and enjoyable to include two Sunday road rides.
