Mr. Mobley was asked by a member of our family to draw up estate documents. He did so without interviewing or hearing from any of the other members of our family about our parent who was under some duress and has some difficulties and anxieties. When he communicated what he had done with the rest of the family he was somewhat rude, demeaning and superior. I would suggest that if your family member has any issues with anxiety, suggestibility that you look elsewhere… particularly consider a elder law attorney who is more knowledgeable in these issues.
