Couldn’t ask for better service. Called after hours and got immediate help. ‘Problem’. (Clog) fixed and they were very knowledgable and friendly. And fast! What more can you ask for? Will use again.

We had been suffering from a plumbing problem for several weeks, water backing up in our basement, we couldn’t use anything in the house without water all over the basement. Plus we have a baby coming in a week. One plumber did a little work, then never returned our calls. I called a few more that were recommended, most just never bothered to return my calls. Those that did would schedule an appt, then not show up! I said at one point «What is it with plumbers!!!» Finally, one came and told us the problem was in a line going out of our house and to the sewer, probably a branch that had grown in to the line. He said we had to call a Rooter service, and said we were probably looking at 2000 – 3000 bucks. So we called Mike’s at 4:30 on a weekday, thinking they would probably schedule something for later that week, or the following week. To my surprise, they said they would be right over. Within a half hour they were at our house. Shortly after that, they diagnosed the actual problem, which was a ball of rust in a pipe, and another pipe that had been cut (probably by the previous owner) and was leaking. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They were super personable, in fact when I called and mentioned that my hubby had not had time to clean the basement, the owner jokingly said to me «We are used to stepping in a little poo-​poo» Such nice guys! All of them. The price was more than fair, and it is safe to say they will be the people we call from now on, my husband already spoke to them about cleaning our furnace in the spring. AND, I have already recommended them to several people. Our basement has been bone dry since they left, such a relief to do laundry and use the dishwasher and not have a mess.
