Worst customer service to date! I ordered a super gyro with and although the food was good the quality of service was unwarranted. My order was taken and then the workers experienced a shift change. The new guy was not aware of my previous order. So I wasn’t upset when 20 minutes went by I just simply wanted to know the status of my order. The young Asian guy began to yell at me and blame me for their teams lack of communication. He said“that I left the area and he called me which wasn’t true. «If the mall watched the tape which I hope they do they will see that I went and approach the front desk three times to check the status if my order. Next he ranted/(yelled at me) about how he had ten customers, again I understand all of this being that I’ve worked in customer service before. His tone, yelling, and lack of disregard to what I was asking was simply rude and appalling. The young man wore a white and blue polo shirt with a khaki hat. I tried calling the facility to let the manger know about the incident and no one answered. I hope this review is seen by management and that there is some customer service training and turnover techniques provided to this young man! I was a faithful customer until today’s incident. I will spend my money somewhere else.

I’ve never been a fan of Greek food. This place changed my mind. Idk what caused me to suddenly change my mind but I’m glad it did! Their gyros are delicious and their salads are the best!!!

4 stars for a healthier food court option. Unfortunately, this location has a limited menu, but I was able to get a falafel wrap and hummus side. For the platter special, which came with a side of Greek salad, I was a little underwhelmed by the overly shredded lettuce and lack of dressing. But everything was fresh. The hummus wasn’t the best, it reminded me of a bland homemade-first attempt you would find at a potluck, haha. And the pitas, with which I’m usually super easy to please, were not the best. But I’m not mad about having found something light, fresh and Mediterranean at the mall when I was starving, albeit a tad bland. Service was prompt and polite. Maybe there will be more salt next time, or I’ll get extra tahini dressing.

Had high hopes for this place despite the middle of the road reviews. The food tasted great for what it was. I got the gyro salad and envisioned a mountain of food that I usually get from Greek restaurants. Unfortunately there were scant amounts of onion, could have used a lot more meat, and the only thing it was loaded with was oil and vinegar.

This is my go-to when I’m shopping in the mall and I need to stop for a quick healthy bite. Little Athens Gyro has the best gyros, pitas and hummus. Most recently I enjoyed the Veggie Pita and it totally hit the spot. I love the Feta cheese and they give me plenty of it. Most meals come with a fries and drink, but I usually don’t get fries because they take away from the healthy feel I get when I’m eating here. Lol! I hope this restaurant stays in Augusta Mall because there aren’t too many other healthy options in the food court.

Stopped by to get a quick snack while shopping in the mall. The salad lacked onions and the feta cheese was scarce. I do wish they had put the oil and vinegar on the side instead of drowning it in the lettuce and chicken. It wasn’t the best and it wasn’t the worst. I did think it was overly acidic, but it was a tasty salad.

I love this place! I always get the gyro with curly fries, but instead of the curly fries you can get the salad. Everything is cooked/made to order so the food will be hot when you receive it. I love the seasoning you can put on the fries, it makes them more delicious! This business is family ran & they are extremely nice giving great service & helping your needs. The prices are low as well.

I’m not going to start this off with a cute anecdote telling you about the time I spent two weeks in Greece eating my way through every hole in the wall establishment on each of the islands and main cities to establish my expertise or any sense of credibility. I’m not going to pretend that comparing my experience to American Greek food is even fair. That sort of disillusionment is reserved for those who believe Taco Bell is actually Mexican. So let us begin! I had the Greek salad. The bits of gyro meat are delectable pieces of seasoned rubber spread across a bed of water pretending to be lettuce. The plus side is they ran over to McDonald’s to borrow some of their flavorless onion to top of their creation. The tzatziki sauce is store bought and the pita’s are probably best used in a game of frisbee with a furry friend. Its mediocrity at it’s finest. Go ahead and eat there, if you’re in to that sort of thing.

I went here yesterday and ordered the #1: the classic gyro with fries and a drink. The man behind the counter who took my order was friendly and attentive. The food came out very quickly and was very hot and fresh! I went to grab the plate and my hand brushed some of the fries. Wow! Those suckers were hot. The oil was still so hot I couldn’t touch them. After they had cooled off a bit and I had eaten quite a few of them, I noticed that the fries had melted the Styrofoam plate a little bit. This place needs to implement a change so the fries don’t go directly from the fryer to the meltable plate. The gyro was very tasty. Plenty of meat and tzatziki sauce but I could have used more tomato. This is a nice place to go in the mall for a taste of Greece. Just avoid the fries and get a salad instead.

I love Gyros!!! There was another popular Gyro place that I use to frequent in the old food court. But they went out of business and I was pretty bummed out for a while. Fast forward many years later, this place opened up and I was instantly hooked!!! I was able to enjoy a great Gyro again!!! Their gyros are pretty good. They are always fresh and hot whenever you order!!! I love the curly fries with the seasoned salt too!!! The staff here are pretty attentive and friendly. There is a wait on your food because they prepare the food when you order it, which is fine with me because I know my food will be just right!!!

The food TASTED good. Until my husband and I both got diarrhea an hour or two later. We have yet to eat at the food court and not get sick.

This is in the food court at the mall. Their gyros are nothing to talk about, not great, not terrible. Augusta just doesn’t have very good Mediterranean food. I’m not even really sure why I’m writing a review for this place, cos its really nothing to talk about.

Have eaten here numerous times and each time was delightful– especially for being in the food court! Our go-to place for gyros and I always get some dolma to add on. Great food, amazing service!

Pretty decent gyro considering it’s the food court. It was the shortest line, which could have been a good or a bad thing. Anyway, I ordered the number 1, the classic gyro plate. It was quick and hit. Tasted pretty good.

Aside from being in the mall, this restaurant is perfect. Prices are cheap($ 5 – 9 per combo) and the servings are large and fresh. I’m picky about eating veggies and fruits away from home because I know some places don’t clean their food we’ll enough or serve fresh produce. Everything is delicious. The meat is hot, perfectly seasoned and cut right off the rotisserie. It’s my go to spot if I am buying lunch. So now I say this… when will there be another location opening up near fort Gordon? I would love to enjoy this more often and bring friends to it.

Good gyros, fresh vegetables. I’ve been eating here for years, and have never had a problem. The dressing is a little too strong on the mustard, but they will substitute taziki sauce for the dressing. The only gyro place I have found in the Augusta area with sauteed mushrooms. In the Mall food court, so it is LOUD and crowded on the weekends.

Not bad at all for a mall food court. One of the better Gyro’s I’ve had in a while.

This is my new food court standard – gyro combo with salad was filling and tasty. Husband got souvlaki and was very happy. Seriously impressed for mall food!

This is the Greek food place located in the Augusta Mall food court. I grew up in Augusta and basically lived at the mall, and it’s been the same owners all these years(15+ years) so that says a lot. It also says a lot that this food store is still here(even in the same spot!) — the food is excellent and the people that run this place are super nice. I definitely recommend the gyro with the white sauce, and the curly fries with seasoning salt. Falafel is pretty good here too. I used to get the baklava here and it was pretty yummy. Prices are pretty cheap here too, like $ 7 for a combo.
