I do the buffet to go once a week and have done so for the past 10 years. I love the food but one of cashiers leaves much to be desired. She is the short brunette young female with multi-colored hair(at least it was multi-colored today). Her customer service skills need a little polishing. She is just downright rude. However, I will return next week to get my Chinese food ‘fix’ and I hope she doesn’t wait on me. I would give this restaurant a perfect rating if it was not for this female.

Decent Chinese food. It’s right by my job so I visited for lunch and it was good. They have a decent sized lunch buffet that will run you around $ 8. The 2 ladies that act as waitresses are friendly and great to joke and talk with. I’ll be going back when I want a cheap chinese food fix.

My husband and I have given this restaurant a try twice since it seems to be the only Chinese place that delivers to us and we’ve been disappointed both times… We won’t be ordering from here again. First off like several other people have said the delivery time is ridiculous. It took about an hour and a half both times we ordered which I can understand on a weekend but on a Tuesday that seems a little excessive. I could overlook the delay in delivery if the food had been any good at all. They serve all their meals with this disgusting pork fried rice that tastes of nothing but smoke, the first time I got sweet and sour chicken which was so dry it tasted like it was re fried from the day before or had been sitting under heat lamps for days. The second time I ordered Mongolian beef which tasted nothing like any Mongolian beef I’ve ever had(and not in a good way.) the sauce was thick and almost gelatinous and tasted of nothing but congealed beef stock. This time I requested no pork in my rice so instead of tasting of nothing but smoke it tasted of nothing at all which was actually an improvement. The egg drop soup also tasted like nothing and the egg roll they throw in was just a folded wad of grease stuffed with. You guessed it, pork!!! This restaurant is incredibly underwhelming, I don’t understand why they’re always so busy, I can only assume everyone else within their delivery range has no taste buds. I would give it less stars if possible.

First time: Took a hour and a half to get my food. Sesame chicken was over fried, dry, and some of it was just fried breaking. The rice was greasy as well as the rolls. I gave 2 stars just because the woman on the phone was pleasant. 2nd and 3rd quicker and food was yummy!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I love that they deliver and I don’t have to leave my Netflix binge watching to go get food, but at the same time, I have to make sure to order my food BEFORE I know I’ll be starving since I’ll likely be waiting nearly an hour for my food to arrive. The first time I ordered from them, they literally came without my food. I got my appetizer and nothing else. I was puzzled and hangry to say the least. I called the nice lady who works up there(who speaks English, in case you get anxiety because you think you’ll misunderstand someone when they speak with an accent) and she said she would send me my food with a free drink. She felt bad and I was just trying to be amused at that date. Overall, I don’t dislike this place, I just think they’re odd ones.

I’m always skeptical of trying new Chinese buffets, but this one has been around for as long as I can remember, so I gave it a shot. I was really impressed. It was extremely busy and relatively clean. Food was far better than«mall quality Chinese.» The best part was the price — $ 8 for all you can eat with a drink. Definitely recommend for lunch if you work Downtown or in the Medical District.

Food is good, service sucks. Ordered at 4:50 for delivery, the girl got lost and lied and told manager my card was declined. I got up out my bed to go get food at 7:45 and all they wanted to do is discount me three dollars. You have lost a loyal customer. Will take my money elsewhere.

Wow. One of the busiest Chinese takeout place in this area. Call in and prepare to pickup 20 –30 mins. Really good fresh ingredients and flavors for local Chinese American. Food. I recommend the moo shu pork. Comes with 8 pancakes. I asked for hot chili oil on the side. I’m a fan.

Reasonably priced, good-tasting Chinese food with fast, efficient service. From ordering takeout and calling in to-go orders, to eating in at the expansive buffet, I have never had a problem with this place. This is the best Chinese in the downtown/medical district/North Augusta area!

A few months ago Happy China 2 changed management. The food used to be decent and delivery was always reliable. Now it is the complete opposite. The food is not good and 50% of the times we’ve ordered the food takes over an hour to be delivered. We will not be ordering from Happy China again.

The food is typical americanized Chinese and they deliver to north augusta(the only Chinese restaurant that does). That scores a 5 because I don’t have to leave my house.
