The setting of this spa immediately puts you in a relaxing mood. The front porch is adorable and the gift shop has an interesting array of healthy, lovely, artistic, and unique products.
The staff is exceptional. From the person who greets you at check in, to the person who shows you to your room, to the massage therapist… everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and so kind. I felt at ease and relaxed from the first moment.
If you are scheduling a massage, do yourself a favor and book the extra service of enjoying the infrared sauna before your massage. The detox is cleansing and the heat prepares your body to maximize your massage. I highly recommend!
Now, for the ultimate — book a long full-​body massage with owner, Kathy. She is the absolute best!!! Kathy’s experience as a physical therapist and yoga instructor gives her an uncommon ability to care well for your body’s needs. She customizes the massage for what your body and asks helpful questions to put you at ease. My only complaint is that the time went by too quickly. I look forward to returning often in the future.
