A lot of people probably pass this store every day and don’t realize what it is! Well, it’s a great place to find appliance parts — as the name indicates — at unheard of prices. I’ve found parts in here for dirt cheap that I had initially purchased at other discount stores at double the price; and they are quality products. The staff is super-​friendly.

I needed a bake element for a frigidaire range, the sales person at Fox said that the part# from Frigidaire didn’t exist and tried to sell me one for over $ 60.
I bought the element on Amazon and had it delivered for less than $ 15, glad I spent the money on Amazon !

Outstanding service. All I had was the old belt from a 25 year old JennAir dishwasher, no model #. SCD had me fixed up in 10 minutes.

Stopped in to get a part for a fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable. I felt like the part I purchased was reasonably priced.
This place is hopping. It’s clear that this is a trusted place In Augusta. It should be! One look around and you know they’ve been a part of the community for many years. I believe I saw a sign on the wall that said, «since 1948».
They do have a strict return policy, so if you are a DIYer make sure you have a proper diagnosis. They will help you with this! Also make sure you know your appliance brand and model number.

Over the years I have been many times but I see now the service and parts have really stepped up. The staff is informed on all of many appliances and the parts for them as the prices have even come down on some items that were once very high. I would truly say if you need parts come here they may have what you need.

The best part about this place is that it is open until 530 pm! If you have appliances that need pieces or parts replaced, HVAC unit with a faulty switch, etc etc, more than likely they will have it. The people are friendly and are knowledgeable. That being said their return policy is a bit on the rough side. They have it posted everywhere. Basically once you buy it, its yours. No returns, no exchanges, the wrong part is ordered its yours. Also this place may have a light to get you out but its still not exactly the easiest place to get into or out of. Really they lose 2 stars because of their return policy but they get one back because they are open later than any other place that I am aware of in the area.
