Would not stay here again, rooms have very thin walls, can hear every bump from someone constantly running around upstairs. Also the HDMI input on the tv only works for sound no picture. Front desk clerk says all tvs are that way as it voids their warranty. Ridiculous, I’ve never had a problem at other hotels plugging in an HDMI cable either from my iPad, iPhone, or PS3. I don’t like being lied to. Poor customer service — way to go Augusta.

On the plus side, it’s not dirty. On the minus side, the facilities are lacking and the staff are not very good. We’ve routinely come back to find towels taken but not replaced, dirty sheets left on the chair when the sheets are changed, and the pool has been out of service for several weeks despite the front desk’s insistence that it will be fixed in a few days. Small fridges and hard to control temperature in rooms.

Hotel is standard and adequate for a Fairfield Inn, but location is VERY loud. Half of the rooms face a very busy highway with cars, trucks and motorcycles that kept me awake all night. Front desk did not have any help to offer as the property was sold out for the night and no other rooms were available. Be sure to confirm a room that is not on the highway side or prepare accordingly with earplugs. Would not stay at this location again.

this place would be awesome if they had faster wireless internet and a bigger refrigerator … mines is only about a foot tall… ridiculous since i’m staying here for 2 months… i can’t even fit a frozen tv dinner in the freezer part… if they had bigger fridges i’d give this place a 4 star rating
