The building was easy to pass up because the sign is small and the outside is plain. You don’t know if it is opened or closed so just check and see. I went on a Monday at 6:00pm and they were open, so if you call them to get store hours you may not get someone that speaks english, but take a chance and go if you live close by. You walk in and get the same good old korean fermented vegetables, seafood, and ginseng smell that you would recognize anywhere. Korean movies played by the cash register and a sweet old korean lady was there to man the store, by herself it seemed. I went in to buy some home made kim-chee and some frozen octopus and squid. It’s a decent sized store, they have cooking wares and glass wear and pretty oriental themed items. Korean blankets, candies, cookies, chips, condiments, ramyuns noodles, beverages… cold and warm, dried and frozen food. Everything korean, I don’t think I saw any Filipino, Chinese or Japanese Items. Everything was decent priced, had a good selection, not a vast one, but I went out on a limb and checked the place out and they had what I needed. I greeted the The nice old lady(halmeoni) with a «annyeonghaseyo» and she reciprocated and rang up our items and I Thanked her gomabseubnida!” and we left. I will definitely come back here to see her she is so cute!
