I do not normally partake in fast food culture. However. Today I decided I wanted some ice cream and after much debate, deigned to stop at the Chickfila closest to my house(I had heard countless raves about their milkshakes)! As I sat in the all too long line I figured it would all be worth it in the end. Even as the black escalade in front of me argued with the girl at the window about a coupon on her phone. When I was allowed my turn at the golden gates, I received my ice cream in a cup with a perfect swirl and a polite smile. When l got home, I began to enjoy what I thought was a full, delicious cup of icedream, as it’s so cleverly named on the menu. The first few bites were wonderful. Smooth, sweet and exactly as I remembered the snow cream my late mother used to make tasted like. Then. It happened. I got past the perfect swirl only to find that beneath it lay the whirl pool in which the kraken who obviously«filled» my ice cream cup lives. The middle was hollow; only appealing because of the stormy vanilla boarders that latched on in agony to the sides of that styrofoam cup. Nothing but air. No fluffy, dream like dairy product for me. Only the idea of what could have been. My situation only became worse when a commercial for Dairy Queen happened across my Samsung screen: «royal blizzards now available!» I could have had a chocolaty center instead of the air I was already breathing. Thank you Chickfila for cutting my calories and my heart.

I’ve eaten at Chick-Fil-A on several occasions. And many times at this location, but today I decided to dine in and utilize the FREE Wi-Fi. And it was an awesome experience. While they’re known for their great customer service, they continue to go above and beyond. I had several people come by to check on me. They brought me a fork for my salad and even checked to see if my drink was low and required a refill. They also rendered the same great customer service to everyone in the dining area. I don’t come inside often because I’m usually on the go, but I think I’ll start taking the time to dine-in since they make you feel so welcomed. Oh and the food was great as usual. I had a side salad with the Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing and an order of waffle fries. I typically get one of the Chocolate Chunk cookies, but maybe next time.

Now Chik-fil-a do things really well so its hard to find something wrong with them. But guys talk about being stuck in the past — Android Pay — where is it? That is like still having tapes or cd’s to play your music from. For that reason I am giving you a 3 so you see this and get it on order. Food was great as always. Other than a customer couldn’t read your«stop here to wait for next available lane» sign and grid locked the whole operation with their big truck everything was delicious. Can we get the sign increased 10 fold so that doesn’t happen again? Thanks.

I keep wanting to tell myself that this Chick-fil-A will somehow be different next time but they always find a way to screw up! forgotten items(straws, napkins, condiments, etc) dropped debit card between car and window, spilled hot coffee on my hand because they didn’t get the lid on the cup properly. cold food… I’m done with this location!!!

There just isn’t a better fast food restaurant than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is delicious in any form and I love waffle fries. The restaurant is clean and the chain can’t be beat for customer service.

This is my favorite CFA in the area. It’s close to work and I’m surprised they don’t know my breakfast order lol The staff is always very nice, and I’ve never had a negative experience here. The frosted lemonades are addicting!

This is such a crowded Chick-Fil-A and I love the food but I hate the parking lot here. I have a lot of sympathy for the people stuck in the handicap spots when the breakfast, lunch and dinner rush hit. There have been times when I had to park across the lot, play Frogger with two lanes of traffic and weave in and out of cars stuck in idle at inopportune times of the day. But that spicy chicken sandwich and chicken noodle soup is worth it. And the service is over the top ridiculously good. The almost cult-like friendliness was a head scratcher to me the first few times I’d been here. Things like«it’s a pleasure serving you» is just not the norm in my world. Apparently they’re kinda religious here and really take serving your fellow man to heart. I love how clean and organized it is here. And if your food is dragging, they communicate every step with you and sincerely apologize. Again, it’s weird but I appreciate it. My only gripe is that they’re not open on Sunday but I guess my relationship with Chick-Fil-A could stand a little give and take. 71⁄2014

My favorite Chick-Fil-A in the Augusta area. Convenient location, consistently superb service by the staff. One of the older workers there would circulate the room and ask customers if they are doing well and need anything. He would then fetch these for them without the customers leaving their table. This is very convenient for parents with young children, which seems to be a pretty big crowd whenever I go there. Also convenient when you eat by yourself and don’t want to leave your seat for a drink refill! Food quality is what you’d expect from them, and am I the only person who has extra cravings for CFA on a Sunday? Drive-thru is not very fast, although with their service in store I’d rather come inside and order than wait in a car!

Chick-Fil-A always puts a good product out. Lettuce always fresh and green, properly ripe tomatoes and good tasting food. This location serves the same good food that you are use to at chick-fil-a. That being said it seems that the menu is making an ever upward march in price with the chicken sandwiches getting smaller so they lose a star for value. This location loses a star because although I am use to a slow drive thru when it comes to chick-fil-a this one is VERY slow and the service I had was not very good.(The drive thru tried to send me off without my drinks and without my requested sauces and I could here the workers inside rough housing instead of making sure to get my order right)

Probably the worst CFA I’ve ever been to. Slow service, the girl in charge of handing out food spilled food out of just about every bag she tried to hand out on top of that the food was cold. Glad we’re only passing through.

This place was the BEST chick-fil-a I have ever been to. The customer service was exceptional. The accommodations were clean(they even had a mouthwash dispenser!). We are traveling through but will be stopping here every time we come through Augusta from here on out! Btw– the only downfall to this restaurant was that the playground was outside. We wee hoping for an inside playground for our toddler to run around in since it was too cold outside.

This Chick-Fil-A is by far the best CFA I’ve ever visited. The service is exceptional and the food is amazing. They have great deals including using your church bulletin on Monday nights from 4−8pm to get a free CFA sandwich when you buy one. Love it!

I’m not going to review the 2384729 Chickfila’s I’ve been to in my lifetime, but I have to do this one. I went here for lunch 3 times in the last few days(moved to the North and we don’t have one up there). Every time has been awesome. The service here is great, past the typical«my pleasure». They have a person that just walks around and asks you how you’re doing regularly and even offers to fill your drink. The customers are even nice! The food comes out hot and fresh and I don’t have anything bad to say about the place. One of the best Chickfila’s I’ve been to, and I grew up in metro Atlanta.

i visited in this morning at 10:00 during their set up for their«grand re-opening.» Knowing that breakfast is served until 10:30, I ordered my chicken biscuit from a very friendly and personable cashier. I then joined the(I would say) 15 other people waiting for orders that had already been placed. We all stood there, staring at each other for 5 – 7 minutes, my name finally called at the 10 minute mark. A biscuit. As I was planning to eat it in the car, I opened the biscuit to put some Texas Pete on top. I discovered a chicken piece that had literally been cut in half, the other half I assume distributed to some other anxious biscuit-eater. I asked the manager, who was kind in his reply, if the chicken piece was supposed to be so small(1.5 inches in diameter, no joke). He said, «whoops, no,» threw the biscuit in the trash, and said that he would get me another. Five minutes later, he returned to me, rubbed my bare upper arm, and said that he had to go «kill the chicken out back,» and walked away. Ew! Keep your greasy chicken fingers to yourself! Another 3 – 5 minutes after that, he came to tell me(I really cannot believe this) that since it was«Now after 10:30, we are no longer serving biscuits. Would you like a sandwich instead?» Are you kidding me? «Not really, but sure. I have to get to work.» Now, it was the plumpest, most juicy and hot chicken sandwich of my life, but the whole trip was absurd. A free drink? A waffle fry? Nothing but an unwelcome«feel» was offered to mend the situation. Very disappointed! Still craving a chicken biscuit, and tomorrow is Sunday! Drat.
