The finished product is great… when they don’t bleach your clothes, mix them with other orders, and only if they can find your stuff in a timely manner. ATEUP. I understand mistakes happen… that’s why I gave them a second chance. But today, most of my clothes were mislabeled and mixed with another person’s order. Did I get an apology? NOPE. Instead, the owner’s son tried joking that: 1. I «have the worst luck» when I come there; 2. All I lost was«five minutes»; 3. and«it could have been worse». Nah son… wrong response from someone who is dependent on customers like me. The first time I used this place, they dropped bleach all over a very expensive piece of clothing. They did reimburse me, but it should have never come to that. How do you accidentally drop some bleach on a shirt? Again, the finished product is the best. Unfortunately, it’s obvious to me they don’t care about organization, timeliness, and definitely not customer appreciation.
