This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. To start off i reserved a room with a king bed only to learn they gave it away. They gave me a room with two doubles. Ok right? Wrong. The elevator took forever to come up and down. It was faster to just walk the stairs. The hallway to the room smelled musty. There were major stains all over the floors leading to the room. The room is set was decent at best. There were stains on the walls and there was no face plate on the ac unit to work it without guessing. The hot water did not work in the sink and i was afraid to take my socks off and wash in the shower. The tv was loud even on the lowest setting. You definitely get what you pay for. Never again will i stay at the hotel or any in its chain. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more. You won’t regret it.

The front desk staff was rude and did not even utter a hello upon entering the lobby. After interrupting the ever so important conversation of «where dey got dey hurr did» between the two females I checked in was given the keys to my room. My family and I went up to third floor, as we stepped off the elevator the hallway was thick with the over powering smelling of weed and cigarettes. We proceed to our room which smells as if someone showered in bleach.
The hotel is very noisy, throughout the night I’m constantly awakened by flushing toilets, slamming doors and screaming children. In the morning my family and I go to breakfast and the selection is less than appealing. Powdered, watery egg like substance, sausage like patties, waffles, bruised apples, and pre-​packaged muffins. We stick to coffee and juice and decide to eat later in the day. Before heading back to our room my husband requested late checkout and stated to staff and housekeepers we would be out in approximately 15 minutes (1.5 hr before checkout). The housekeepers came to our door knocking repeatedly and stated we have to pack our things and leave faster because they wanted to get the rooms cleaned for the day. We decided it was not worth arguing with any of the housekeepers nor staff due to there lack of basic English and common decency. We checked out as quickly as we could and we definitely will not be back to this place. Stay far away, spend a little more and stay in a high quality place. The only reason I even give this roach motel 1 star is because something is required to leave a review.

If you like hot water in your shower then do not stay here. We checked into the room and took a look around and the place seemed dirtier then a normal hotel. My wife noticed some mold in the shower, she asked the cleaning lady if it was mold, her response was yeah and she kept moving. We asked for a new room and we looked at 5 before we found one that was «clean». I would not stay in this place if it were free. We were going to stay for a few weeks but we checked out the next day. I know I am all over the place with this review but it was so bad the elevators were dirty and slow.

This hotel… Is terrible. We go to our room and, the door does not lock, we get another room but the whole place smells like urine. This is NOT a good hotel.
