Yes, this is a corporation. After experiencing corporate apartment living versus individually owned places I’m going to go with privately owned apartments/​homes from now on. I do not like being given «orders» to do things and then they have «inspections» to make certain the tiny slab of concrete in the back doesn’t have any weeds growing in it. They do not follow up on their word, and if you happen to work a funky schedule, like working nights, you will be woken up during the day without notice so some maintenance guy can use your parking space. This has happened frequently. They also decided to redo the shingles on my roof without notifying me, so I got a very rude awakening while I was trying to sleep during the day since I was working nights. Do not recommend. You can find cheaper houses.

This rental company has several apartment complexes throughout the CSRA. You can visit to get rental information, pay rent, renew leases etc. Typical leasing office. They do have a nice waiting area with updated furniture. ATC Development also has a nice conference room to utilize for individuals interested in leasing. Additionally, the staff person that is responsible for showing properties is nice and has a great grasp on the inventory available. The company has a website that gives you a great view of the properties. There is a virtual tour for almost every property. According to native Augustans, this was once the go-​to place for apartments, but because of the influx in residents several other properties have been added to the area. Check them out if you are looking for a place to stay temporarily or long term.
