Chris has helped me since I walked in the door. He helped me pick out a living room set and dining room set. They didn’t have the original set that I wanted, and he worked with me until I found what I wanted. I’d recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere affordable to furnish their home/​apartment.

Ronnie, Phillip and Chris helped us get enough furniture to fill up our house at great prices. After researching all of the furniture stores in the area we decided on American freight because they had the best prices. Beautiful furniture and they even help us load it up in the trailer.

Right when we walked in we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. Phillip helped us and gave good customer service. He checked up on us and ensured we had every question answered. I bought a couch and table from here and am fully satisfied from buying the furniture at the store to the same day delivery. Putting together the furniture was no issue at all. Everything came as needed and the delivery guys were here in a timely manner. They called prior to ensure I was home first and were very polite in delivering my order. Nothing but professional service! Thank you Phillip!

Large store with plenty of furniture from sofa sets to mattresses. The prices are very reasonable and good for someone looking for a nice piece of furniture without breaking the bank. They also offer free lay way which is really good. I purchased a sofa set which I am very pleased with and had it delivered for 65. The delivery man was prompt and friendly. I have my eye on a few dining room tables they have in stock, so I’ll be visiting them again soon.

The furniture does NOT come assembled. My salesperson did not tell me this. The delivery fees are also high. Considering it’s day 3 and the laminate has already chipped slightly on one of the coffee table legs, I really think I could have done better ordering online or purchasing a slightly more expensive piece from another local business. I also bought a bed, and I am pleased with it, which is the only reason I’m giving three stars and not 2. I’m disappointed.

I was in the market for a full-​size mattress and box spring for my guest room. I had received a flyer in the mail for American Freight and noticed their prices for mattresses. So about a week ago, I stopped by to see what selections they had.
Their showroom is pretty big and there’s a lot of furniture to choose from. I tested out a few of the mattresses and decided to buy a set with the metal frame for about $ 400.00. We didn’t have a salesperson help us in the beginning but as soon as we went up to the cashier, they seemed to be helpful with our purchase.
They encouraged us to take home the items that very same day in order to avoid the delivery fee. I don’t remember exactly how much the delivery fee is but I believe it is between $ 50.00 — $ 80.00.
They instructed us to park our vehicle up at the front entrance and an employee wheeled out the mattress, box spring and metal frame to our car. The employee helped us tie down the mattress and box spring on the top of our car and they provided the rope. I would suggest to bring your own rope just in case.
So far I am happy with my purchase with them. My next items to purchase will be end tables and possibly a new coffee table. They are located right behind the Augusta mall.
