I had high hopes for this nail salon because of the reviews. I went in for a mani and pedi. I’ve never had a tech work so sloppy and quickly on my feet. Two different techs did my pedicure. They both rushed through the job. Tech didn’t allow the polish to dry before she added the top coat. So there’s a purple tint over the nail polish. Worse pedicure ever. Won’t be going back. If I wanted this horrible of a job I could have stayed home, soaked my feet in the tub and clumsily painted my toenails.

I was very disappointed in the service. Oh, yhe girls where polite, but the place wss very busy. They did a sloppy snd ugly job on my nails. They did not do a full manicureon my nail and rushed through my pedicure. Plus it cost me $ 65.00!!! Will not be going back.

Excellent quality and attention to detail. The girl was very sweet and chatty. She did the exact design I wanted and included a manicure with my gel nails at no extra charge. I felt truly pampered.

So I been going here for some time know just because I can truly say it’s the best nail salon in town!!! The management is super nice. I never had any types of problems every time I go. I go to do my eyebrows and every time I can say I LOVE THEM!!! If you are looking for the best nail place in town and or eyebrows this is the place to go!!! Also every person I ask how where the nails. They always say perfect! I have done my nails one or two times and every time it’s the best. The color stays on long and the nails alway look natural. I can truly say I will be going here for a very long time!!!

They get two stars because they were really sweet. I posted a photo of what my nails look like and it’s awful. The acrylic was done very poorly and my nails are really crooked. I asked for short nails and they still came a little long for me because my nailbeds are long. Not to mention they are super thick too. They are friendly especially the young girl who painted my nails. The mother even after I told her there were problems with my nails continued on. I won’t be back and won’t recommend anyone to go unless you are only getting polished. They have great color choices.

Words cannot express how rich and fabulous I feel right now after seeing the badass awesome nails that Dan has designed just for me! She is truly the best! #1 Nails is clean, professional, and fun! The staff there is amazing! They truly make you feel like family. Dan is awesome always and I don’t know what I would do without her. She always makes sure your nails are exactly what you want or even when you don’t know what you want she will free style something that sets trends. Love this place, highly recommended!

I am pretty new to the area and was looking for a good nail salon just based on reviews. I tried out #1 nails on Christmas eve and I had a wonderful experience. My pedicure was awesome, and not rushed. I enjoyed the conversation and was really happy with the manicure as well. The color has been long lasting and I will definitely return #1 nails. The ladies here are so friendly and the prices are really great too. I’m pretty sure I found my new favorite nail salon in the area :)

Worst mani/​pedi ever! Crooked nails so I had to fix them and paint wasn’t cleaned up around neither my hands or feet. I only gave 2 starts for the girls that greeted me, the chairs were nice and the ambience was relaxing.

My husband and I went in for pedicures and the service was great. We were seated within five minutes of arriving to the shop. Hannah, Dan and Sandy did an awesome job. We will return.

I had been going to a different salon for the past 4 years to have my eyebrows done but, after a bad experience I decided to try someplace new. I stumbled upon #1 Nails on my way to Kroger and decided to go in. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed. The lady at the counter was very warm and friendly. She was very attentive and took her time on my eyebrows and we kept up a nice conversation. Once she had finished, she surprised me with a nice and relaxing facial massage! I felt spoiled by the time I left. I couldn’t believe it wasn’t more than $ 8.00. I was converted that day! Will definitely be back and possibly go for a pedicure as well.

Very strange experience. I had a lovely young girl start my service, polish removal, foot scrub and massage. After that a different lady took over, which I assumed was because my first girl had another appointment… not the case. I don’t think the first girl was licensed!!! When the second lady took over she didn’t say one word to me, jammed my cuticles back and started cutting into my skin. To top it all off the paint job looked like a 5 year old did it.
I give it two stars because of the nice young lady who started my service. The rest of it zero stars!

My wife and I went and they are very attentive and friendly including the dog. They engage you in conversation. Great massage for a regular pedicure. I was a little embarrassed the girl made fun of my big toe because it was big lol just joking. But all in all my wife and I recommend this salon to both men and women. They didn’t make me feel weird for getting a pedicure and being a guy.
