What a total joke. If we wanted essentially a tortilla with zero substance then we would have heated the tortillas in our fridge.
Tried to call to discuss with management and the phone just continuously rings. I’m guessing if we were dining in then maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad. Since it was a drive through order, it’s easier to prepare and provide substandard food.
I know it’s fast food. Wasn’t expecting top of the line but we were expecting to get ummmm food…
Dogs were happy!

Drive Thru Review: Y’know that hankering you have for something fast, greasy and inexpensive. This is the place where the NO-​Judgement flag waves high and proud. Order as much as you want, any customization you want, any hour they’re open and they seem to get it right with ease. That’s all I ask for when it comes to my Americanized taco gut rot.

Worst customer service ever kelly A. Our attendent had no enthusiasm what so ever, dont know if she was having a bad day or if maybe she just plain didnt like my color, but Im paying to eat at your establishment and I can take my money somwhere else. The food was cold and thrown together. The taco salad bowl was crushed into chips. Made my friend sick only seconds after she ate it. Made us sick the next day. Talk about crumbling fast food chains I suggest you dont eat here or youll suffer bowel consequence. Long John silvers is better than this and Dunkin Dounuts further down is 5 star in auburndale. Dont waste your time eating here and switch to those chains or if your still in the mood for tex-​mex go further down to the taco bell in lakeland or Tapa Tio’s in lakeland. Thats real mexican food my friends. This was a P.O.S. definitely

If I could select less the a star review I would. Not only did my cashier display WHAT not to do when it comes to customers service the food was cold, my soft tacos were not wrapped and when I open the bag the food was all over the place. I got food poisoning having to stop and puke at a near by restaurant. Cashier Kelly A.

Just wanna say staff at drive thru is always on top of my order and one even complemented me for never being anything but delightful. Yes Taco Bell is poison but at least this location always delivers it with smiles and personality… something that is lacking at most fast food joints.
