Unacceptable. I am getting in touch with Dunkin Donuts with this issue. I have diverticulitis and absolutely cannot eat sesame seeds or poppy seeds. I ordered a coffee roll. The worker handed it to me in a rolled up bag. In my car in the dark, I took it out and took a bite. It was covered in poppy and sesame seeds. I may have to be hospitalized if it causes another ussue. I ghave already had one surgery. This Dunkins is going to end up killing someone.

I have worked in the area for six years getting my coffee every AM and it was great. As of now(late 2015) it’s awful. The manager and employees are so rude. One of the employees(Megan I believe) is probably the rudest, if you don’t hear her the first time she’ll said«uhh coffee». One of the managers(the darked hair one) is so rude to both employees and customers. After 6 years of business I don’t plan on going there anymore. This DD needs serious re-staffing.

I avoid this dunkins when I can. They have the worst customer service and are very slow. Plus, they don’t have coffee and other drinks ready. I ordered a decafe iced coffee and was told they had no decaf. I asked if it was being made, and they said no. I really only go here when I have to since it’s near my work, but if I can I always stop at another dunkins on my way in to avoid this one. Ordering food is another story. The wait is ridiculous. I waited 15 minutes for a toasted bagel an cream cheese. The lines are also slow.

This Dunkin Donuts can be kind of bananas! Being that it’s one of the few in the area, it’s catering to a lot of people who desperately need their coffee and/or doughnut in the morning. You’re getting the same consistent product that you would at any other Dunkin Donuts, but the service can be a bit slow sometimes. I don’t know if I blame that on the staff as much as I do the location, but things need to move a bit quicker here to accommodate the amount of customers that frequent here.

Very busy morning crowd. A few of the servers get it. take the orders quickly the get people out the door. Some of the workers seem half asleep most of the time. If there’s I line almost out the door .wake up and pick up the pace! I have stopped going there weekday mornings and tend to stop in on weekends.

I LOVE this Dunkin Donuts. The staff is always friendly, organized, and on their game. The food is always hot and fresh, my english muffin is always toasted perfectly, and the coffee is never burnt. This morning they were short 4 people who called out and I witnessed a business man, a college girl, and a construction worker gang up on them. They kept their cool and fixed everything they were blamed for as fast as they could. Quite frankly, if your biggest complaint is that you had to wait for your order to be made or they«screwed up» then you need to stop being so entitled and clearly fast food is not for you. It’s dunkin donuts for christ’s sake, quit being lazy assholes get up the whopping half hour earlier and make your own goddamn breakfast if you’re that particular!

One of my least favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area, generally. Service is always pretty bad, along with selection of goods. I went in yesterday, Sunday June 23rd, and the young guy at the register was eating, chewing while taking my order, and had chocolate all over his face. It was a major turn-off from wanting to be served from him. In addition, he was doing something completely bizarre while making my coffee and hiding it so I couldn’t see it. Once served to me the coffee was dripping all over the sides of the cup, not to mention something looked very off with the consistency of my coffee coolatta. As I walked out the door I debated if it was worth drinking, and ended up throwing my coffee coolatta out in the trash on my way out. I will not come back to this particular Dunkin Donuts establishment. I’ve never been so turned off by a place.

This is at the bottom of the Dunkies heap for me. Yes, there is parking. That’s good. But my coffee always tastes burnt, I have to repeat my order multiple times because the guy behind the counter can’t remember it long enough to give me extra skim and half sugar, and even after I repeat it, it’s still screwed up. Don’t even think about ordering food that has to be cooked. I waited almost 10 minutes(with a gathering crowd) for a «toasted» bagel that tasted like it hadn’t been toasted at all. Two stars for convenience.

Way better than your average Dunkin Donuts. As the South Park theme goes, there’s «ample parking day or night». The coffee is always hot and fresh, and they always get my order right. I like a medium hazelnut with extra milk and 4 splenda, so it’s kind of annoying to put together. But the employees are always smiling and friendly and never give me a dirty look when I order my coffee. In fact, they write the special order on the side of the cup so it comes out perfect every time. This morning I ordered a «manager’s special», which is really just a double chocolate donut and they were out of them up front, but the employee knew they had just baked a fresh batch, and he went in the back to get me one. That’s just above and beyond.

As Dunkin’ Donuts shops go, this is a smaller one. When it’s busy, don’t order a sandwich or even a bagel(if you want it toasted) unless you have time to kill. The staff here tries their best and are friendly but they are like molasses. A few times my coffee was burnt-tasting, which is always a bummer. They also don’t always get the order correct. Not exactly sure how that happens, but whatever.
