Windsor Park Apartments

I have lived here for a total of four months and already have had multiple issues with this complex. It all started the first day we had an appointment to sign leasing papers. My fiancé and I were called and informed that instead of signing our lease, the women in the office were closing early to go to the casino. This really affected us abd my work schedule and for another week we were trying to set up an appointment. The paint is peeling off of our walls and we have found rat holes along the baseboards. Later we learned that the complexes were infested with cockroaches. We were not informed at the beginning when we asked about the building’s problems. Multiple times we have been told Orkin was coming, but each time they came it didn’t improve and when the orkin man left he didn’t lock up our apartment (which is on orkin not windsor.) However, this tops it off… in our lease, on our papers, which is proof, we pay a flat rate of $ 45 each month along with rent. This $ 45 includes ALL utilities it says on paper along with us being told in person. Water, electricity, heating, etc… anyways, today PSE came to our apartment wanting over $ 300 for our utilities even though we set up our utilities through Windsor apartments. When confronting the ladies at the office we were given attitude and told they can’t do anything. We never received any bills in our mailbox which makes me think someone is getting into our mail, so Now there Is the issue or security. Now our power is being turned off. This is rediculous. Don’t live here. The maintenance workers are sketchy and work on things without informing us beforehand. I have had many uncomfortable encounters Eyyy maintenance and I do not recommend this place for families with children or people looking for a safe, clean environment.
