The only Chinese place in the area that delivers. The food isn’t the greatest in my opinion. But service is fast and the fact that they deliver is a huge bonus for me! I order from here a couple times a week.

I like it very much. I choose the triple delight every time. Chef is very nice and cool. Even the Traditional Chinese food is authentic for most people and you can choose your own taste like spicy or not.

Unless you’re racist or paid to write bad reviews for places, I couldn’t think of anything else that would draw a person to give anything below five stars. Plus, if you’re a regular, you’re guaranteed to be remembered even down to them predicting what you want. Best service ever.

Lovely place! The service is the friendliest I’ve encountered at any Chinese restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and the chicken with broccoli is delicious. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

The food here is amazing. Some of the previous reviews say the fried rice color is wired. But it is my home taste. Seriously, I come from California and the Crab Rangoon is my first time. So good man

The sesame chicken and Mongolia beef are my favorite. It’s a delicious Chinese-food in Auburn. The price is cheap.

Very bad food. The owners are not friendly. They didn’t allow me to charge my cell phone when I’d pay $ 10 for lunch.

The vegetable lo mein is gross. There was barely any chicken in my general tso chicken. The egg rolls are small. And most importantly, why is the fried rice orange?!

Best Chinese food in Auburn. I always get the beef with broccoli and I always have enough for a hearty dinner plus leftovers. I wish they would give a little more soy sauce when they deliver.

I can understand why there are so many negative comments. The best food for this place is on a Chinese menu. Remember to ask for a little bit hot pepper sauce. The service is better than any other Chinese restaurant. Villege Wok is so far the best Chinese restaurant in Auburn.

Bland rice & gummy chicken for way too much money. Inside doesn’t feel clean either. Definitely don’t come here for takeout, it’s one of the worst in Auburn.

Went to this place maybe a few times, and their food was getting worse. I didn’t feel pleased by the fact that the tofu dish didn’t have any salt when I said«please don’t put too much salt.» I didn’t think the ingredients were fresh enough either.

I eat here for lunch every couple weeks. The hostess is always very nice and provides hugs for frequent customers(so I have that going for me). The food is fresh and not overcooked. The servings are smaller then you might find elsewhere but looks good on the plate and tastes even better. Some of my favorites are the hot and sour soup, chicken or beef with vegetables or broccoli, and the sesame chicken. The egg rolls are tasty and the fried rice IS the right color(a response to a previous review). The restaurant is simple but very clean. The food comes out extremely fast so don’t dawdle eating your soup! There is only about 8 – 10 tables inside and a couple outside so they are probably hoping for a quick turn around with customers for the Sunday Buffett. I suggest you give this place a try for lunch. Can’t comment on take out orders but heck, it’s take out, what do you expect.

After having to repeat my order multiple times over the phone, the food I picked up still wasn’t the right order. I’ve ordered several times from Village Wok and this is surely my last time. The chicken with garlic sauce is very bland and had maybe 4 strips of chicken, and the house fried rice was soaked in oil and fairly bland as well. It’s a shame it used to be good but that’s the last straw.

I placed a simple order for delivery. The guy did not understand my order, I had to repeat it multiple times. Then, they brought the wrong food! When I called back, they pretty much implied that I was lying about the order even though I had a witness in the room that heard me order something different. They yelled at me and then spoke to each other in Taiwanese. Finally, they offered to exchange the food but I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that I decided not to eat my meal at all and I threw it away. My friend, who chose to keep her meal, found a piece of hair and other random things in her fried rice. She eventually decided to throw it out as well. Horrible, horrible customer service! I do not recommend ATALL.

You will hate here if you wanna have the Sunday morning buffet. The Taiwaness manager lady pushes guests out when they seems like finish the eatings, and she just wants to get empty tables for the next guests!!!

This is hands down, the best Chinese restaurant in town. It’s actually more Taiwanese. Order off the«Chinese menu», that’s where the good stuff is at. It’s a hole in the wall place, so don’t expect much from décor. For a Chinese place, the restroom is amazing. They’re very attentive, but then again I speak Chinese, so I can’t be an honest judge of service level.

The service and the prices here are worth it. That’s probably because the food was that bad. No Chinese restaurant-real or fake-should ever mess up the egg rolls and the egg rolls here were oily, chewy, and cold. I ordered the honey tofu and there was way too much honey in the tofu. Also, the fried rice was a different color than what I’m used to seeing. The fried rice here – I’m not sure what it was, it shouldn’t have been called rice really. They also had a watermelon slice for desert. I don’t like watermelon.
